Once upon a time, non-traditional security issues such as economy, information, public health, ecological environment and terrorism attracted the main attention of the international community, and the fierce military conflict between Russia and Ukraine pulled the attention of the international community back from the emphasis on non-traditional security issues to traditional security issues. In fact, the conflict between Russia and Ukraine has rapidly expanded from the military level to financial sanctions and anti-sanctions, cyberspace conflicts, and public opinion information confrontation. In the meantime, there are also factors such as epidemic spread, terrorism and refugee crisis.
