(5) Chronic gastrointestinal diseases (gastritis, ulcer);

(6) Hepatitis or hepatosplenomegaly, HBsAg positive;

(7) nephritis or hematuria and proteinuria;

(8) Family history of psychosis, epilepsy and infectious diseases;

(9) pus flows through the ear canal, with poor hearing and frequent tinnitus;

(10) The five senses are obviously asymmetrical;

(1 1) has a serious history of motion sickness and seasickness;

(12) stuttering;

(13) The naked visual acuity "C" table of each eye was lower than 0. 1, and the corrected visual acuity could not reach1.0; Amblyopia, strabismus, color blindness and weak color; He was under 18 years old when undergoing corneal refractive surgery or less than 6 months after surgery;

(14) Severe trachoma or trichiasis;
