The Chili Video app cannot be installed because the installation of downloaded programs outside the Android market is not allowed. You can install it as follows:

1. Open your phone and find settings.

2. Click Settings and the following interface will appear.

3. Then click Application.

4. You can see a check mark behind Unknown Sources. If the phone cannot be installed, it means that the installation of downloaded programs outside the Android market is not allowed. Check the check mark and you are ready to install it.
