The Curriculum Standard of Ideological and Moral Education points out that in teaching, we should constantly create conditions to promote students' moral practice, enrich their emotional experience, know and understand the requirements of social ideological and moral values, and gradually form correct moral values and good behavior habits. The teaching of ideological and moral course needs to create various teaching situations, pluck the strings of students' emotions, let them feel in the experience, cause the sublimation of emotions and the echo of the soul, and internalize them into real conscious actions through moral practice. Below, I will briefly talk about my personal thoughts and practices:
1. Strive to build an equal and harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
The ancients said, "Learn from your teacher and believe in it." The equal and harmonious relationship between teachers and students is the premise to realize the three-dimensional teaching objectives of emotion, attitude and values. The teaching process of ideological and moral course under the background of new curriculum should be an equal interaction between teachers and students, and should be carried out in a sincere, warm and harmonious atmosphere. At ordinary times, I pay attention to respect each student's personality, try to make friends with them, often exchange thoughts and feelings with them and seize the opportunity to educate them, pay attention to their growth, try my best to solve their difficulties in life and study, and so on. And this switch comes from the students' trust in me and the harmonious relationship between them. This has created good conditions for me to carry out emotional experience and moral practice smoothly in teaching.
2. Fully tap the emotional resources of ideological and moral courses, especially local resources, and "move people with emotion".
The purpose of ideological and moral teaching is to promote students to form correct ideological views and noble moral quality. If it's just empty preaching, it's not only boring, but also can't achieve the due educational effect. Be sure to use a lot of real materials to give students emotional experience. This requires teachers to pay attention to excavating emotional resources in the process of preparing lessons and attending lectures, and "move people with emotion". For example, when I was studying the second box in the second lesson of the ninth grade, I collected pictures, news reports and many advanced and touching cases about fighting snow and ice disasters and earthquake relief in advance and showed them in class. This gives students great ideological shock and visual impact, which in turn causes them to think: What is one of the important reasons why we finally won these two struggles? On the basis of students' discussions and answers, I finally pointed out that it is precisely because of the unknown dedication of countless volunteers, and because of the unspeakable dedication and return of the broad masses of cadres and people, soldiers of the People's Liberation Army, officers and men of the Armed Police Force and medical workers, and earnestly performing their duties that we have achieved these two great victories in the struggle against disasters. Their strong sense of social responsibility is the key to the endless development of our Chinese nation. As young students, we should constantly enhance our sense of responsibility and mission, be enthusiastic about public welfare, serve the society and be responsible citizens.
I pay special attention to the development and utilization of local resources when excavating the emotional resources of ideological and moral courses. Because it is around us, it is highly reliable, easy to obtain, valuable and easily accepted by students. For example, when I was studying Our Socialist Motherland in the first frame of the third lesson in the ninth grade, I adopted the method of "using local materials for our own use" and carried out activities such as "How much do I know about the changes in my hometown" and "Exhibition of Achievements in the Thirty Years of Reform and Opening-up". In the activity, students have mastered a large number of first-hand materials and extracted useful information from them through investigation, practice and consulting materials. This process not only exercises students' practical ability, but also sublimates students' emotions. Through the investigation and understanding of the changes in hometown and the display of the great achievements made in China's modernization in the past 30 years of reform and opening up, students can see that their hometown is changing and our great motherland is changing with each passing day. This design is precisely because students' understanding of the motherland often begins with knowing their hometown, and students' love for the motherland also begins with loving their hometown. Only by knowing and loving one's hometown can one have the feelings and attitudes of knowing and loving one's motherland, and can one work hard to build, develop and defend one's motherland in the future. This is the embodiment of life-oriented and practical education, which just confirms the theory of life education advocated by Mr. Tao Xingzhi. Therefore, local curriculum resources have played an irreplaceable role in enriching students' emotional experience.
3. Create situations to enhance students' emotional experience.
The new curriculum standard of ideology and morality downplays the requirement of theoretical knowledge infusion, and pays more attention to students' emotional experience and moral practice. Psychological research shows that people's emotions can be stimulated in a certain situation, which is called "touching the scene". In the teaching process, in order to achieve the established teaching objectives, teachers need to artificially create a scene or atmosphere suitable for the teaching content, so as to arouse students' emotional experience, stimulate their emotional points and produce strong thoughts. For example, when studying the fourth lesson of the first volume of the eighth grade, "The teacher grew up with me", I recalled the past when I was taken care of by the teacher as a student and expressed my deep respect and infinite gratitude to the teacher. Subsequently, CCTV's "Focus Interview" column reported the advanced deeds of Wang Laijiu, a teacher of Maotian Primary School in Tan Hong Township, Yixian County, which made students deeply feel the sublimity and greatness of the teacher's soul from Wang Laijiu's painstaking efforts and selfless dedication to the education of mountain children and the people, and then thought of the teacher's care for himself on weekdays and realized the teacher's hardships and dedication. Finally, in the moving melody of the song "Whenever I walk past the teacher's window", let the students express their thanks and blessings to the teacher in the most sincere language. At this point, the students have thought a lot and have a lot to say to the teacher. It can be said that "the intention is love, and the intention is to get better; Love in the environment, the deeper you love. "
4. Guide students to participate in practical activities and promote emotional internalization and moral practice.
The traditional teaching mode pays too much attention to the indoctrination of moral theory and ignores students' emotional experience and practical activities, thus losing the process of emotional internalization. The new Ideological and Moral Curriculum Standard implements the teaching principle of "integration of knowledge and practice", and pays attention to the strengthening effect of practical links on emotional internalization and moral behavior. The ultimate goal of ideological and moral education is to "enhance the pertinence, timeliness and initiative of ideological and moral education". In the usual teaching, I organized various special activities according to the activity suggestions in the new curriculum standard and combined with the reality of our school, which provided students with opportunities to participate in practice. For example, small-scale investigation activities, entertainment performances, "environmental defenders" activities, voluntary labor, donation of love activities and other forms of social welfare activities, and so on. Through the participation of practical activities, we can cultivate students' correct moral concepts and internalize them into conscious actions, so as to realize the ultimate goal of ideological and moral course.
In a word, the teaching of ideological and moral course must adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum reform, guide students to know themselves and society, enrich their emotional experience and moral practice, and make students get emotional input, spiritual singing, moral sublimation and behavior change in the experience, so as to achieve good teaching results.
