Where is Ali Shenshan Rinpoche?
Gangrinboqi is a holy mountain recognized in the world, and it is also recognized as the world center of Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism, Bonism, the local religion in Tibet, and ancient Jainism. B?rge Ring is not the highest mountain in this area, but only its snow-covered peaks can shine strangely and attract people's attention under the sunlight. Coupled with the special mountain shape, it is very different from the surrounding peaks, which makes people full of religious piety and wonder. Gangrenboqi, located at 8 1.3 east longitude and 3 1 north latitude, is the main peak of Gangdise Mountain at an altitude of 6656 meters. Gangrinbo Qi Feng is shaped like a pyramid (Tibetans call it the handle of a stone mill), and its four walls are very symmetrical.

Looking from the south, we can see its famous symbol: the Buddhist swastika (the symbol of spiritual strength in Buddhism, meaning the memory of Buddhism, representing auspiciousness and protection), which consists of a huge ice trough descending vertically from the peak and a horizontal rock layer. Qi Feng in Gambo is often surrounded by white clouds. The local people consider it a blessing to see the top of the mountain. For centuries, Gangrinpoche has been a place for pilgrims and explorers, but so far, no one has been able to climb this mountain, and no one dares to invade the center of the world. Only in recent decades have tourists come to see this holy place, but the number of tourists is still small, which may be a fortunate thing. There are five temples around Gangrinpoche. The first stop around the mountain every day is the temple, followed by Lafu Temple, Songchu Temple (also known as Huanbian Temple), Jiangzha Temple and Theron Temple, and the last two are located inside. There are many folk legends and stories circulating in these five temples, and there are rich sculptures, statues, murals and other cultural relics, but they have all been destroyed to some extent.

The resting place of Mount Lai Shen is Darqin, a small village at the foot of the mountain. Many people also call it Dajin Temple. There is no shuttle bus here, so you can only take a ride or charter a car. There are five ways to get here, except the two sacred routes of Nepal and India, and the other three are:

1。 The northern lines of Ali, Lachi and Cuoqin are changed to Geji, Shiquanhe and Tachin, which are 202 1 km away from Lhasa and 0/670 km away from Lachi.

2. The southern line of Ali, Saga Zhongba Bagaqin, is 847 kilometers away from Lhasa 1338 and Las Vegas. The southern line is the most direct way to Shenshan. Walking up the valley in the upper reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River, you can enjoy the magnificent snow peaks in the Gangdise and Himalayas, and occasionally meet Tibetan antelopes. Naturally, the road was crushed by a car and no one repaired it. During the rainy season, cars easily stall when crossing the river. Now all major rivers and streams have set up cement road bridges, which is unlikely to keep you stuck in the riverbed for a few days.

3. Lingniu, Dabandomaritu Shiquanhe store in Mazha Jieshan, Kashgar, the new Tibet line, is far from Kashgar 167 1 km.

Starting from Shenshan North, trucks are mainly used between Shiquan River and Pulan, with a distance of 330 kilometers, a day and a half's drive, and the charge is about 60 yuan. From the south, in addition to renting a car, they are hitchhiking and pushing forward one by one. Daqin, at the foot of the mountain in the south of Shibuya Mountain, is the foothold of travelers in past dynasties and the starting point and end point of mountain climbing. There are several humble restaurants here, so you should cherish those who plan to change mountains, because you may have the last full meal here, because you will live on dry food in the next few days.

Hotel Gondis is the most famous hotel in this area. The highway passes in front of the Gondis Hotel. Standard room 120 yuan or so, with 4 people in each room. The conditions are relatively best in the local area. Each berth is in 25 yuan for one night, but if there are many guests, it may rise to 60 yuan/person at any time. There is hot water supply, hot bath at night, and the hotel has its own generator, which provides power all day. This hotel has a restaurant specializing in Tibetan food. There is a parking lot not far above the Gondis Hotel, and a row of houses can also live. 15 yuan/bed. Outside the east gate of Gangdise Hotel is the famous Lhasa Hotel at the foot of Shenshan Mountain. It's a hotel, but it's actually just a tent restaurant, and only the Lhasa restaurant in English is marked at the door.

It's simple, but it is the best restaurant in Shenshan. The Shenshan Hotel next to Gangdise Hotel charges 20- 100 yuan, with its own generator. Interestingly, although it is close to the sacred mountain, there is a ridge to the north of the sacred mountain village that blocks the sacred mountain of Daqin. It takes about an hour to climb to the top of the mountain. Pilgrimage: Most religions in the world have the same characteristics. With a strong and great desire, along a relatively fixed and mysterious holy road, to a recognized holy place, this is pilgrimage. Here, there are always countless Tibetans pitching between heaven and earth and heading for the holy land in a unique way of kowtowing and trekking.

Because Tibetans who believe in Buddhism firmly believe that pilgrimage can cleanse the sins of previous lives, increase infinite merits, and finally go out of reincarnation and ascend to the paradise. They believe that there will be no spiritual piety without experiencing all kinds of hardships and crossing the real time and space. For a believer, pilgrimage is a sacred act that can be taken seriously for a lifetime. It can even be said that the pilgrimage beyond asceticism is the only way to push the journey of individual life to the extreme. On the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau where thousands of rivers and Qian Shan converge, there are countless sacred mountains and lakes, but the most sacred and respected ones are Kangrinpoche and Mabangyong Lake. Walking and praying here is an essential lesson for pilgrims.

Turning mountains is the most commonly used way for pilgrims from different places. It is said that the zodiac of Buddha Sakyamuni belongs to the horse, and the year of the horse is equivalent to 13 times in other years, which is the most effective and can accumulate virtue. Therefore, in the Tibetan Year of the Horse, pilgrims turn to the mountains the most. Turning to the mountain on April 15th in the Tibetan calendar, the merits are far better than usual, because this weather is the day when Sakyamuni was born, enlightened and nirvana. It is said that a turn can eliminate disasters. Tibetans generally start from three circles and turn to 13 circles with auspicious numbers before they are eligible to turn inside. And turn 108 times to ensure that the immortal will ascend to heaven immediately and completely wash away the sins of your past and future generations. It is absolutely worthwhile to see mountains, even if you are not a Buddhist, because the feeling of seeing mountains is completely different from that of seeing mountains.

There are generally two kinds of Buddhist routes: the inner ring is a small ring route around Injeto Mountain on the south side of the mountain. Walk outside for 3 days and kowtow 15-20 days. The outer circle of the mountain is 56.5 kilometers. Tibetan Buddhism and Hinduism turn clockwise, fools turn counterclockwise. Regardless of religious significance, the scenery of Rinpoche, the first mountain of Buddhism, is magnificent. The pyramid-like Gangrenbo Feng Qi is far away from the Nishan Mountain in Muna, and the Baga Plain, the cradle of snow peaks, seems to be floating in the clouds. Especially at dusk, the beauty of the scenery cannot be described in words. Even if you are not a Buddhist, walking at the foot of the mountain along the winding path that countless people have traveled for thousands of years will have a feeling of wandering in history.

However, when you have gone through all the hardships and finished the mountain, the happiness and satisfaction in your heart are even more indescribable. Usually, it takes 2-3 days for tourists to turn to the mountains and stay at Zhire Temple and Zunzhipu Temple for one night respectively. Arrange for a long time to fully browse the places of interest along the way. If you are a local, you can leave before dawn in the morning and return to Dajin Temple before dark. Many Tibetans kowtow to the mountains along the way, which usually takes 3-4 weeks to complete.

You must prepare your own food, such as canned food, sausage, instant noodles, chocolate and so on. The food supply in Simi Temple is poor, so it is best to buy it in front of Shiquan River or Chili peppers, while drinking water needs water purifiers or water purification tablets. There are temples, hot water and bedding on the mountain. Before climbing the mountain, unused heavy luggage should be stored in the hotel, otherwise it will be exhausted due to overload and cause dangerous consequences in the mountain. Need to hire a porter to carry luggage on the mountain. Overweight backpacks will not only make you tired, but also hinder you from visiting some scenic spots that need to climb up and down. It's usually 50 yuan/day to hire a bellboy, sometimes even less. A yak has the same price on its back. Usually, there are porters and other businesses in front of the two hotels every morning. The first and second days of the trip (22 kilometers, about 8 hours): 4 kilometers of temples, 4 kilometers of celestial burial sites, 4 kilometers of Manidui in the mountains (5700 meters above sea level), and 4 kilometers of riverside temples (accommodation).

The third day (9 kilometers, about 5 hours): 6 kilometers from the temple exit toll station and 3 kilometers from Daqin. Day 1 Daqin Zhire Temple, 22km: Start as soon as possible after breakfast. It's not far to the west, but at the foot of the mountain, you can see the path around the mountain. Slowly climb 1 hour to reach a mountain top, where the Mani pile is covered with colorful prayer flags, and the mountain can already be seen. Starting from this downhill, the trail turns north into Laqu Canyon, and after one hour, it comes to Bijiao Tower, one of the landmark buildings of Shenshan. If it passes between the legs, it will get God's blessing, but the guilty can't. It is 4750 meters above sea level. A few hundred meters east of the stupa, there is a huge prayer column. The Tibetan prayer flags will be replaced regularly on April 15 every year. This is a very grand ceremony. If you plan to climb mountains in the Year of the Horse, you must not miss this day. Then walk along the path to the bottom, with towering red cliffs on both sides.

In the west, there is Qugu Temple (4820m above sea level) built on a cliff, which was built in13rd century. Under the cliff is the Laqu River, and you can climb this hanging temple by crossing the bridge over the river. A precious statue in the glass cabinet above the temple altar is Qugu, from India. It is said that it can talk. You can see the powerful western wall of vines from here. The triangular ice wall is like a Buddha sitting on the lotus throne. The roundabout is divided into two roads at the small bridge, along the east and west banks of the Laqu River. Both roads lead to Zhire Temple, which takes about 3.5 hours. The road on the west bank is a little farther. Neither road is steep, but the altitude has been rising slowly. At this time, the rock wall on the east side blocked the line of sight and could not see the mountain. Zhire Temple is on the north side of Laqu River, and its name means female yak horn hole. The temple is facing the magnificent north wall of Gangrenboqi. Zhire Temple has accommodation, 20 yuan/bed, and people have to sleep on mats on dirty floors for a long time. The first day on the road will be hard, especially in the afternoon when the mountain road gradually slopes, which makes people feel breathless.

The next day, there was a most popular temple in Zhire Temple, with a total length of 22 kilometers and 8 hours: it was a day to test the will and physical strength. It has to climb 762 meters to reach the highest point of the Jumara Pass at an altitude of 5630 meters. Walk along the canyon to the north of Zhire Temple for two or three days to the source of the Indus River, turn to the east of the mountain road, and the left side of Shenshan Mountain. The road begins with a steep stone slope. The path twists and turns to the 5330-meter celestial burial platform, the place of death, and the hillside is full of Mani piles covered with clothes and cloth. These symbolize death, and believers believe that a drop of blood or a strand of hair would be better. The place where the path is narrowed by the big stones on both sides is the trial stone of sin. It is said that people can't live with too many sins in their last life.

Go to the end of the celestial burial platform, and on the right side of the path are the footprints of the saints who came to Razhba. This is the place where Milarepa fought against Nalobanyan, an exorcist of Bonism. According to legend, when they were fighting for who occupied Gangdese, they met on a boulder in Lashankou, Zhuo Ma, in order to persuade each other to follow their own sect. For a long time, deep footprints have been left on the stone. Thinking about these magical legends may make your trip around the mountains less painful, but it will still make you breathless in Lashankou, Zhuo Ma, and you can't help but find a stone to catch your breath every few steps. But don't sit too long, you'll catch a cold. In the mysterious and weird atmosphere of Zhuo Ma, you can rest your tired legs, eat something, and then start walking down the steep gravel path. This section is the most dangerous section on the way up the mountain, and it is easy to sprain your ankle. It's hard to imagine how to complete the whole set of kowtow movements on such a road.

Looking down, to the south of the mountain pass is Tuojicuo (5,608 meters), green as jade, which means the lake of compassion. It is said that bathing in this lake can wash away dirt and evil. Down the slope, the trail disappeared, except for a big stone near the intersection of the bounce road and the river, and there were three Buddha's footprints on the turntable. There are roads on both sides of the river. The roads on the east coast are not as muddy as those on the west coast, and the vision of Shenshan is wider. But you need to step on the stones in the river to get to the east coast. It will be more troublesome in summer. When you pass through a manifold, you have a chance to observe Gamboqi's majestic posture at close range. Walking on the river bank feels a lot easier. A few kilometers later, Xiaoke turned south into another canyon. The grass by the river is an ideal place for camping. People without tents have to walk along the canyon for two hours before they can rest in Zutru Temple. The accommodation in Zutrupuk is better than Drirapuk, 20 yuan/bed.

On the third day, Zutrulpuk Tachin, 1 1.3 km, 3 hours: Get up in the morning and visit Zutrulpuk Temple (at an altitude of 4,790 meters). Badong, Milla is in a warehouse in the north, and the door is not always open. You need to find the Lama in the temple, preferably with a small donation. The road back to Tachin is easy. Where the river is about to flow out of the canyon and enter the Baga Plain, the river bank becomes very steep, passing through some colorful stones, changing from red to yellow and from black to purple. This area is called Trangser Trangmar (golden and red stone wall). Then turn right and go back to Daqin along the foot of the mountain. After two days' trekking, the third one was naive and relaxed. The starting point of the inner ring is Daqin.

The first temple on the road is Jiangzha Temple. Built by Dorje Zengba of Zhigong Kagyu School, it is the base of Degong Kagyu School. To the west, you will arrive at the Sailong Temple, bypass Mount Renjieto, and arrive at the Thirteen Pagodas. There is a 17 statue in the tower, and it has returned to the starting point since then. There are two lakes in the inner circle, namely. Little Gabarra Lake is white, while Gabarra Lake is black. There is almost no scenery around the inner island, and it usually takes only one day to complete the tour. Don't leave unless it is for religious reasons. Altitude sickness Many travelers may worry whether their bodies can support them after walking such a long distance at such a high altitude. The tower is 4,575 meters high, and the highest point in the climbing process is 5,630 meters in Laguan, Zhuo Ma. It is important to say that walking 5600 meters and riding 5600 meters are absolutely two concepts, and we should not pay enough attention to possible physical discomfort. Before coming to Shenshan, you should have at least a long experience of 4000 meters.

You must first fully understand your mountain reaction and your adaptability on the plateau. In fact, when you reach high altitude, it will affect most people. Even without mountain sickness, thin air will still make you uncomfortable. Try to take your time and don't give yourself a headache. Strenuous exercise causes some uncomfortable reactions. If you think your mind is a little slow, take a break anyway. From April to 65438+ 10 every year, the equipment is in the season of mountain rotation until Lashankou in Zhuo Ma is blocked by heavy snow. But in fact, it is still relatively cold in April and May. People who are not locals usually feel very hard. There is a great temperature difference between day and night here, and there is also a great difference between sunshine and shade. So take more clothes and increase or decrease at any time.

In summer, it is not cold in the mountains during the day, but it is windy. A windproof coat, a sweater and a pair of trousers will do. But you must add clothes and even down jackets at night. After you leave Daqin, you must eat dry food. Daqin can buy biscuits and instant noodles, but they are probably out of date. It's best to bring it from Lhasa or Yecheng. Eating at least one hot meal every day makes it easier to maintain physical strength. But there is no place to provide stoves and hot water along the way. Carry a stove and natural materials with you. Bring more snacks such as chocolate and raisins, which can satisfy hunger and make friends with local people. You need to drink at least 1 liter of water every day, supplemented by streams along the way. Although it is the water in the upper reaches of Shenhe River, it is suggested to be cautious about its sanitary condition. It's best to boil before drinking, or at least put water purification tablets in it. It is best to bring your own tent, especially in the peak season. On the way, Chogu Gonpa in the west of Shenshan must have prepared a sleeping bag, whether or not he can't live in a tent. The bedding in the temple stinks, alas! Don't say that. In recent years, residents with rich economic minds have begun to build hotels and pavements around Zhuanshan Road, but there are still too few supply points that are useful to travelers along the way. You need to bring a lot of things, especially: 1. Tent suggestion is necessary, although it may not be used, but preparation is still necessary. If it is the Tibetan Year of the Horse, or the tourist season (May-September), be sure to bring it.

2. Recommend sleeping bags. If you are confident that you can withstand the sanitary conditions of the local Temple Hotel, bring an ordinary cotton sleeping bag and cover it with a local quilt. If you plan to go camping, a down sleeping bag of about 750g will be more comfortable in July and August, and it should be warmer in the morning and evening.

Clothes are almost the same as those needed to go to Everest base camp. Go to the mountain and ask the traveler who has just returned. Clothes must be windproof.

You'd better take the stove. Don't consider eating cold food for three days, which is very bad for your health. Drinking boiled water and soup at night can not only relieve fatigue, but also make you sleep comfortably. It's really difficult to climb mountains and mountains. On the one hand, we should go into battle as lightly as possible, on the other hand, there are few supplies along the way, and we should bring a lot of things.
