(II) Meal subsidy standard The meal subsidy standard is determined according to the form of "Sunshine House" student training activities: 1. 15 yuan per person per month for full-time training; 2. Regularly train each person in 5 yuan every month. The meal subsidy is used for the "Sunshine House" to provide lunch, snacks and drinking water for the students. (III) Management fee subsidy standard The management fee subsidy standard is determined according to the professional qualifications of the managers and service personnel of Sunshine House: 1. Service personnel (1) 1 yuan per person per month with the employment certificate of Sunshine House staff or the junior certificate of mentally retarded assistants; (2) 15 yuan per person per month with the intermediate certificate of assistant with mental retardation; (3) Social workers (community disabled) level 4 or assistant social workers, 6 yuan per person per month. 2. Management personnel (1) 2 yuan per person per month if they hold the intermediate certificate of mentally retarded assistants; (2) Those who hold the certificate of social worker (helping the disabled in the community) level 4 or assistant social worker will be in 6 yuan per person per month; (3) Those who hold the certificate of social worker (community disabled) Grade III or social worker, will be in 9 yuan every month. At the same time, those who hold the above two or more certificates receive subsidies according to the corresponding standards of the highest-level certificate. To apply for subsidies for maintenance fees of facilities and equipment, Sunshine House should apply through Shanghai Disabled Persons Management Information System, and submit the following materials to the District and County Disabled Persons' Federation (the original is returned after review): (1) Detailed list of facilities and equipment maintenance, including unit price, quantity, specifications and models of facilities and equipment; (2) Original and photocopy of the financial reimbursement voucher. 2. The district and county disabled persons' federations are responsible for examining the subsidy application put forward by Sunshine House, and complete the examination and inform the examination results within 1 working days from the date of acceptance; Allocate funds for approved applications.
