The first interruption was that Lin Zi had to go to the hospital for a color ultrasound examination. The second interruption was that an accident occurred in one of Lin Zi's projects. The worker who came to do the installation missed a few door panels and polished them behind. , painting and other processes were all affected. The client was in a hurry to go abroad and did not accept the project extension. She once again interrupted the interview to deal with this emergency.

An entrepreneur once joked that the Canon Award only interviews women who start a business, not men who start a business, so the men who start a business must first undergo sex reassignment surgery before being interviewed.

Lin Zi officially came into contact with cabinets when he bought a house.

Oppein’s designers communicated with Lin Zi on the design, and the communication was very harmonious. Lin Zi’s understanding of the importance of the kitchen was beyond the designer’s expectation.

The designer asked Lin Zi what his occupation was? Lin Zi said he was not at work. The designer said: Then come and work in our company.

In this way, Lin Zi entered the high-end cabinet customization industry and has been doing it for five years.

In 2008, a major event happened in Lin Zi's life, which hit her hard.

In June of the same year, she left Shenzhen with her four-and-a-half-year-old son and returned to her hometown, Xuanhan County, Sichuan. She wanted to live a quiet life in her hometown until she grew old.

Unable to stay idle, she opened a clothing store in the county town called "Qinqin Family", selling clothes.

Lin Zi studied art. He designed and painted the shop decoration himself.

But there is no industry experience.

In July, she actually bought summer clothes for sale.

And actually sold it.

The reason is that the styles she picked are novel, of good quality and low in price.

The success of "selling ice cream in winter" had a great impact on her. It made her understand that products are more important than marketing, and it also allowed her to own her own company a few years later without knowing anything about marketing.

It depends on the competitiveness of the product.

Lin Zi went shopping in Humen, Dongguan. She did not choose the cheapest, but good quality, including the last orders of some brands, such as Nike, Adidas, and Kappa, and took them back to sell.

Buy at thirty-five and sell at sixty.

Two years later, Lin Zi returned to Shenzhen.

Lin Zi has stayed in Shenzhen for a long time and cannot adapt to the life concepts of his hometown.

Shenzhen has an enterprising atmosphere in which everyone can influence and grow with each other.

Shenzhen cannot be escaped, hometown cannot be returned.

After Lin Zi returned to Shenzhen, she decided to continue her business because it would give her more time to take care of her children.

But make cabinets.

She prefers making cabinets to selling clothes.

The clothes are designed by others, and the cabinets are carefully designed by myself.

She took classes for half a year before starting her own business.

After leaving the industry for two years, she needs to re-understand the changes in the market.

First spend half a year watching the market.

Half a year later, she rented a counter in a home furnishing mall in Baoan, put out samples, and started selling cabinets.

In the first year, Lin Zi took any orders in order to survive.

In the second year, Linzi began to adjust his positioning and began to select customers.

When meeting customers who just want to buy cheap products, Lin Zi persuades them: with cheap products, the wood will quickly swell and deform, the odor emitted by the materials is harmful to the environment, and some inferior stones will also produce stone powder. And it's invisible to the naked eye.

Linzi will not accept orders from customers who insist on buying cheap products.

This year, Linzi has had a very difficult time.

Lin Zi said that she didn’t know how to do promotion, but she only focused on quality and service.

Be sure to satisfy every user.

"Customer satisfaction" is easier said than done.

For example, some users have uneven walls at home. After installing the cabinets, there is a slight deviation in the upper and lower seams.

The slope of the beam will also affect the cabinet, and the cabinet will look slightly slanted.

Objectively speaking, some of the people who complain about bad hairstyles really have problems with their faces.

Lin Zi does not explain too much. She patiently communicates with dissatisfied customers and helps them make up for the details.

Sometimes it takes three or four times to make up for the details in order to satisfy the customer.

The process is hard.

Hard work has earned us reputation.

In the first year, all the customers came from the furniture mall. In the second year, one-third of the customers were introduced by old customers.

Lin Zi regards every project as his own and makes sales by making friends.

In the third year, Lin Zi used his own way to promote.

She does "cooking promotion".

She actively participates in any activities in the circle of friends, including parent-child activities and mother group activities. When she goes there, she takes the initiative to show off her cooking skills and acts as a "chef" for everyone.

I have made good connections.

These connections slowly turned into her customers.

This year, half of her customer growth was brought about by "cooking promotion".

In the fourth year, Lin Zi encountered an emotional crisis, and her negative energy was overwhelming during this year.

In the second half of the year, she was diagnosed with a serious illness.

After Lin Zi completed treatment in Beijing, she returned to Shenzhen.

Misfortune never comes singly, and we encountered a career crisis again.

During her treatment in Beijing and her return to recuperate, there was a problem with a batch of goods. The materials and workmanship used were below brand standards.

In layman's terms, it means cutting corners.

This batch of goods involves more than 40 orders.

Lin Zi called one by one, explained the reasons, apologized, and replaced the products for these forty users.

Lin Zi said that most users are unaware of it because there is no problem at all from the appearance, but they will be discovered after a few years of use.

In order to maintain his credibility in a few years, Lin Zi spent more than 300,000 yuan more.

The touched user introduced her to more orders.

In 2015, Lin Zi rented an office building in Nanshan and opened a studio.

Two months later, she closed her store in Baoan Furniture Mall because all her customers were introduced from her circle of friends and she did not need the customer flow of the mall.

You can save more than 50,000 yuan in rent a month, the operating costs are reduced, the price of the cabinets is also reduced, and the users are more satisfied.

More importantly, she renovated a large kitchen in her studio so that she can cook her own meals. She and her son no longer have to eat leftovers every day.

It is okay to suffer in life, but do not suffer unjustly.

Some time ago, Linzi added another promotion method: takeout promotion.

She joined the "Yushi" food delivery platform and sold fast food with her brother in her spare time.

Selling cupboards during the day and fast food at night.

Lin Zi does not make money from takeout.

There is a group in "Foraging". The group is full of sellers and people who own houses. When Linzi is not busy, he goes to the group to chat.

Just by chatting, you can place an order.

The customers who buy fast food are all people in the same office building, or people near the building. They come to Linzi to pick up their own food. People who have been here will quickly know that Lin Zi makes cabinets.

The meals Lin Zi cooks are generous, and customers often complain that they can’t eat too much and ask her to order less.

Lin Zi just smiled, there will still be so many people next time.

Lin Zi said that when customers complain, they are actually very touched in their hearts.

Lin Zi does not make money from fast food, she makes money from emotions and connections.
