This park was originally built by Huang, the champion of the late Ming Dynasty. During the Qianlong period of the Qing dynasty, it was purchased for Jinshi Long in time. Later, after generations of careful construction by the Long family, Tsinghua, Shui Mu in the park has elegant scenery, clear water and green hills, rugged rocks, small bridges and flowing water, pavilions and unique shapes. Flowers, fruits and trees are everywhere, and fine arts are gathered together, integrating architecture, gardens, sculpture, poetry and painting, gray carving and other arts, highlighting "heroism, strangeness, danger and seclusion". Its main attractions are Chuantang, Bixi Caotang, Chengyi Pavilion, Hexagonal Pavilion, Yin Xi Bookstore, Zhuyuan, Doudong, Pen Flower Pavilion, Ghost Chicken Road, Tucki Camp, Qiu Hong Bookstore and so on.

It was founded in the Five Dynasties and lasted for more than a thousand years in the first year of Guangtian (AD 942). After vicissitudes of life, from Baolin Temple to Jingtai in the early Ming Dynasty, it became the first local temple. At the beginning of Kaixian County in Shunde (Jingtai in the third year of the Ming Dynasty, 1452), every time there was a national ceremony or the imperial edict was read, the local elders and gentry still gathered in the temple to hold a ceremony. As a Buddhist place, Baolin Temple is full of incense and numerous pilgrims.

Due to historical reasons, the original Baolin Temple Hall was later used for other purposes, and due to the transformation of the old city, the old appearance of the temple has been difficult to restore. Since the reform and opening up, the party's religious policy has been further implemented. Believers among former Lin Bao disciples, many compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and overseas Chinese have returned to their hometowns to visit relatives, demanding the reconstruction of Baolin Temple. Approved by the provincial religious department, relevant people in our city formed a preparatory committee to raise reconstruction funds. This move won the full support of social elites at home and abroad and goodwill from all directions, generously donated money and donated money sincerely to help charity, so that the reconstruction of Baolin Temple could be carried out smoothly.

The reconstruction site is located at the foot of Taiping Mountain in the south of the city, surrounded by Desheng River on the left and Old Village and Qingyun Twin Towers on the right. The mountain area is120,000 square meters, of which 83,000 square meters are built as the park in front of the temple and the jushi forest, and the main hall is arranged by the mountain, with a construction area of10.2 million square meters. The gate is majestic, the Buddhist temple is solemn, and the pavilion is cool. The Three Treasure Beads Buddha is from Tiantai Mountain, and the 500 Arhat Gold Stickers are carved by craftsmen in Dongyang, Zhejiang Province, which has high artistic value. The stele gallery shows the masterpieces of famous calligraphers from more than 30 provinces and cities in China, which adds to the cultural atmosphere of the temple. The introduction of ancient and famous trees highlights the garden characteristics. A more magnificent Zen forest than the original site has become a Buddhist holy land in Shunde.

Since the opening of 1998, Baolin Temple has been supported and praised by all walks of life. In 2000, it was awarded a Buddhist temple by the Guangdong Buddhist Association.

Xishan Temple is now listed as a cultural relic protection unit in Shunde City. The temple began in the 20th year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty (1 154) and has a history of more than 450 years. For hundreds of years, after repeated repairs by generations of skilled craftsmen, the expressive skills of architecture, wood carving and clay sculpture have been fully used, so that this ancient temple can preserve rich artistic treasures today. The whole building complex is located in the northeast and built on the mountain. The area is about 6000 square meters. In turn, it is the mountain gate, stone steps, front hall, main hall, partial hall, fragrant pavilion, porch and so on. Seen from a distance, it is structured, elegant and solemn. The facade of the mountain gate is a brick archway with three rooms on the third floor. The top of the ridge is decorated with materials such as Sun God, Moon God, Hehe Erxian, Aoyu and Shuanglong Play Beads. Brick carvings on other steps and stiles are very exquisite. After entering the mountain gate, I looked up, the hall was brilliant, and the cornices of colored tiles were hidden in the green leaves. On the left side of the stone steps, there is a small scene of "Yuquan", where the flowing water winds and leads to the giant banyan on the platform in front of the secluded temple. Leaves are lush and shadows are everywhere. Guan Yu is sitting in the hall, which is 2 meters high, made of copper and weighs 3000 Jin. This is a cultural relic of the early Qing Dynasty. There is a knife statue of Zhou Cang on the right; On the left, there is a statue of Guan Ping. The shrine is resplendent and magnificent, and the temples on both sides outside the temple are Guanyin Hall and Luohan Hall respectively. On the right side of the temple, it was originally Sanyuan Palace, and it was the former site of "Shunde County Agricultural Army Cadre School" during the Great Revolution. Now it is the showroom of the county museum. There is a stele gallery on the right hillside, displaying 18 ancient monuments in Shunde County, including the "monument to prevent British poison" reflecting Shunde people's opposition to opium, and the "dragon slaying monument" reflecting Shunde people's history of rowing dragon boats. This temple combines gardens, natural history and ancient buildings. Since 1987 resumed its opening, Chinese and foreign tourists have been pouring in and become a tourist hotspot in the province.
