China's traditional virtue permeates the content of moral education. For example, the patriotic spirit sublimated on the basis of loving the collective and caring for others, the ideal idea of making contributions and aiming high, and the excellent moral character of diligence and thrift, loving labor and obeying the law all shine with the brilliance of Chinese traditional virtues. We often tell students "learn from Lei Feng", and the spirit of Lei Feng actually embodies the brilliance of virtue. For example, Lei Feng's love for the motherland and the people embodies "loyalty", his concern for others and service for the people embodies "benevolence", and his diligence in learning and practicing skills embodies "diligence" ... To learn from Lei Feng, we must essence the spirit and trace back to the source. This "source" is the traditional virtue of China.

There are two ways to correct the wrong tendency in teenagers' thoughts, resist the erosion of decadent bourgeois ideas and improve students' ideological and moral quality. One is "blocking", that is, "code", "norm" and discipline are used to stipulate what can and can't be done, and serious violators are punished. Another method is "guidance", which educates and guides students to develop actively with correct concepts and standards. The important content used for "guidance" is Chinese traditional virtue. Chinese traditional virtues are broad and profound. Combined with reality, let's highlight some of them first:

The first is the word "filial piety". "Filial piety" is filial piety to parents and respect for elders, and its essence is the idea of knowing the roots and being grateful. This is a person's most basic morality. The second is the word "benevolence". "Benevolence" means kindness, kindness and love, that is, "the benevolent loves others" and "doing good is the happiest". High-level pursuit runs through filial piety, benevolence and diligence. The above four items are practical for students and easy to understand and remember. We educate students repeatedly through reports and lectures. To be truly accepted by students, we must go through a series of activities.

Like any learning activity, we must pay attention to methods and endow students with rich information and various carriers to enrich, attract and educate students, so as to achieve good results.

In terms of educational content, we should pay attention to three combinations:

The first is to combine with the content of moral education. Chinese traditional virtue education is not a whim, nor an expedient measure, but a long-term work that must be infiltrated for a long time. Therefore, when making the sequence of school moral education, we also incorporate the content of traditional virtue education into the plan. Each grade has put forward different moral education requirements. Different grades, different periods, highlighting different priorities. For example, the word "filial piety" is the first thing to learn in all grades; The word "benevolence" focuses on the study and practice of senior one and senior two; The word "diligence" should highlight education in the graduating class of senior three; The word "loyalty" (loyalty to the motherland, that is, patriotism education) puts forward different levels of requirements in different grades every year, and gradually deepens.

In the process of learning, we should pay attention to the content of the times endowed with traditional virtues, and enrich students with rich information in combination with typical examples reflecting the spirit of the times. Self-confidence and courtesy, including mental health, attention to etiquette, good at communication;

Dedication and innovation include loyalty, self-enrichment and continuous innovation.

A modern teenager should have good ideological and moral qualities (including Chinese traditional virtues), psychological qualities and scientific and cultural qualities. It is more appropriate to look at it this way. Students will be willing to accept new ideas.

In the form of education, we strongly advocate three activities:
