The Man in Our Family is a narrative essay by Wang Anyi. It is a new text in the unified textbook, which is arranged in the sixth unit growth unit of the fourth grade Chinese book. The three articles in this unit, Xiao Jieyu, Men in Our Family and Lu Hua Shoes, respectively describe the growth stories of three boys in different periods. These three stories have a common feature, that is, the articles are longer and the stories are attractive.

The Man of Our Family was published in 1984 Wen Wei Po. The author describes the story of the little nephew's childhood growth from five parts: his interest in food, his worship of his father, his demand for independence, her tears and her composure in the face of life challenges. When I was selected as a textbook, I removed two parts: "His worship of his father" and "His tears". Although there are only three parts, I still draw a picture of a cute, interesting, delicious, childlike, brave, independent, frank and stubborn little boy. The language of the article is vivid and humorous, and the third-person approach is adopted, which makes the image of a villain jump from the paper and is quite interesting to read.

A little man, how can anyone not like him?

The first time I read this article, I fell in love with the little boy in it and felt that my son was far away from him when he was a child. The author said that he was a villain, which is true. Why do you say that?

First of all, "he eats very refreshing." The word "cool" reminds people of generosity, openness and frankness. It is a headache for children to eat. They are slow-moving, picky eaters and playful, and often need adults to chase and shout for food. But this child eats well, eats well and eats widely, which makes adults greedy, just like a big child. In the author's eyes, he is a nobody, which not only reflects the author's praise for his little nephew.

Secondly, his independence. He doesn't want others to hold his hand when he goes out, which shows that he is very independent. Children usually hold their parents' hands when they go out. They always ask their parents for help when they encounter something, and they cry for a while when they are unhappy. The little boy in the article always likes to find his own way when he meets anything. "No, no, I'll say it myself" is enough to show that he likes to do his own thing. If you help him, he will be angry, as if you deprived him of the right to challenge himself. The article wrote: I finally couldn't help it, "buy a bag of hawthorn chips." He didn't speak for a long time, eating hawthorn slices scribbled, and looked a little depressed. I have some regrets. "Looking a little depressed" makes people look both loving and funny. This little guy really takes himself seriously. He is a little man!

Then there is his composure and courage. What will it be like for a two-year-old child to go to kindergarten? Mothers must have experienced that heartbreaking scene where you will go! However, how rare it is for the little boy in the text to be silent and calm! If you were there, you would praise you. You are such a little man. In kindergarten, you can eat well, sleep well and make friends. Who wouldn't like such a sensible child?

Alas, I really want to have such a cute and sensible little man!

Second, the subtitle gives the article a clear level.

There are two elements in the language of Unit 6. First, learn to grasp the main content of long articles; The second is to write the process of things clearly in a certain order. The former points to reading and the latter to writing. The first article, Xiao Jieyu, focuses on learning to summarize the main contents of the article in the form of subtitles. Through learning, students have mastered subtitles. The author of this article listed three subheadings, namely "his interest in food", "his demand for independence" and "his composure in the face of life challenges". Each part is naturally divided into paragraphs around the subtitle, which is very clear and clear for students to see at a glance. This article form is the first time in primary school, which enables students to master a brand-new way of writing, that is, to divide the article into levels with subtitles.

Of course, students can also change a subtitle for each part in their own language. The way of quasi-title can be summarized by grasping the keywords themselves or using the words in the original text. For example, "He eats very refreshing", "No, no, I said it myself" and "He is very quiet and calm". In teaching, students can study independently around the subtitle, practice drafting the subtitle for their own articles, or show two parts deleted from the original text for students to try to draft the subtitle. And learn to summarize the main content of the article with the method of subtitle concatenation.

Third, small things make the article more visual.

The author's writing materials all come from trivial matters in real life. A joke: "If you don't eat green vegetables, you will die." The resulting operation; Want to eat and lick your thumb; In order to eat popsicles, I don't want to be a monk in Shaolin Temple. Buy hawthorn slices yourself; Take an empty bottle of orange juice by yourself; Go to kindergarten to watch others cry and cry with them; I tried to climb into the carriage in order to take the train. It is the dribs and drabs in this life that are captured by the author with his eyes, enlarged by words, and connected into articles with clever ideas, showing us the growth story of a little boy. It is so vivid and interesting to read, as if he had seen it with his own eyes. This kind of article is easy for students to produce * * * sounds. When reading, they will definitely think of the scene when they were children, which is also a good example of this unit exercise, "I have learned-".

Mr. Ye Shengtao said: "The text is just an example." Professor Wu Zhonghao said: "Chinese teachers should learn to use texts to teach Chinese". The value of this text is, firstly, to enable students to consolidate and summarize the main content of the article in the form of subheadings on the basis of the previous article, and secondly, to learn how the author describes it in sections in the form of subheadings, learn to choose the little things in life, and write things clearly around a center.
