I want to be a webmaster because I like the broadcasting industry and want to further study broadcasting major. I hope I can become a professional announcer one day, a comprehensive talents who combines the functions of director, broadcaster and director. I remember watching a talk show the other day. First of all, the broadcasting department:

The broadcasting department is an important media department of radio stations. As the only audio media in Urban Construction College, I think an announcer should have three qualities: political quality, spiritual quality and professional quality. The ideological level in political quality is the quality foundation of announcers and an important representative of campus broadcast hosts as audio media. His views, words and deeds are related to the whole community structure of radio stations. Therefore, as a webmaster, you should have a strong sense of responsibility and a high level of political thought. A broadcast host should have good spiritual quality. A good image is often reflected through personality, cultivation, demeanor, temperament and other States. Ideologically, we should have our own unique views and viewpoints on something, which requires that we should be advanced, authoritative and have certain guiding power. Finally, professional quality is also very important. Professional quality is a clear quality that a broadcast host should have, and it is also the most direct sign to measure the host. Including language organizational ability, rigorous logical thinking, clear and accurate language expression, improvisation and unique personality. The staff of broadcasting department should do more reading training to improve their broadcasting level after completing their daily broadcasting work. Cultivate your self-adaptability in the usual programs. While mastering the job of broadcasting, I also have the job of maintaining editors, and strive to be a comprehensive announcer integrating broadcasting, mining and machinery.

Second, the maintenance department:

As a member of the maintenance department, the most important thing is the sense of responsibility. The responsibility of the maintainer is to process the announcer's voice and all kinds of music, and then spread the voice to every corner of the campus through the loudspeaker. Therefore, the crew of the maintenance department should have appropriate cooperation ability with the announcer.

In this respect, I think announcers should also understand certain maintenance operations, and it is best to develop in the direction of self-directed and self-broadcast in case of emergency. This can also improve the autonomy of announcers and improve the quality of programs. At the same time, it can also improve the professional skills of the crew and better maintain and repair the machine.

Third, the editorial department:

In my opinion, a competent editor should first have solid professional knowledge and a certain writing skills to be "accurate and concise". I think as an editor, the most important thing is to pay attention to the collection of materials and the ability to write and edit articles. For campus news, we should seize the opportunity, find materials, go into the students and pay attention to their lives. You can broadcast the special dishes in the canteen and some questions and requirements put forward by students in the column. There are also usual campus activities, activity reports, etc. It should be edited in time and handed over to the staff of the broadcasting department to broadcast in time, so that students can grasp the campus dynamics in time. For off-campus news, editors should take turns to pick up and deliver newspapers at the doorman's office in time and do a good job in news sorting. As well as the manuscripts in the "suggestion box" set up inside the school and some requirements on the campus forum, should be checked in time and reflected to the radio station.

The only department in the radio station that publicizes influence. Responsible for the publicity of the image of radio stations inside and outside the school, as well as the contact and negotiation of advertisements in all aspects of radio stations.
