Why do teachers make friends with students?
Can teachers become friends with students? Of course. Can teachers become bosom friends with students? All right. But how many teachers want to be friends with students in reality? Is it expensive? Not much. How many teachers and students have become real bosom friends? That's less. If a teacher can't make friends with his students all his life, even if there are only a few, can he be said to be a lifelong misfortune? This involves a question: Why do teachers make friends with students? Teachers may say: teachers should have dignity, how can students be brothers with teachers? Students must feel the status and value of teachers. I want to ask the teacher a question: If you make friends with students, will it affect your dignity as a teacher and your education and teaching? What is the value of our teachers' existence? It is not only natural for students to acquire knowledge while getting along with us, but also a necessary condition for teachers to make friends with students. We can make an assumption: If we, as teachers, give students an ugly face every day, always put on a condescending posture in front of students every day, or make them feel that they are keeping people away, do you think your education and teaching work will get good results? On the other hand, if we, as teachers, sincerely feel that these students are our amiable and lovely friends, will your mentality in the process of teaching and educating people be better than the previous one? Does your mentality help students to accept teachers' education and teaching more actively? The answer is obvious. No teacher who has been in the front line of education and teaching for a long time will refuse good education and teaching results. But not every teacher will treat his students as his friends from the heart. After all, there is an age gap between them, so it is very different to compare their knowledge background and hobbies. However, if teachers are willing to bend down and use their own actions to make students feel that teachers and themselves are equal in terms of personality, spirit and the performance of specific educational and teaching behaviors. If our teachers and students can reach the level of mutual affection, perhaps our education work can reduce many unnecessary and even cumbersome educational procedures, and even make our teachers feel spiritual satisfaction and sense of accomplishment. This is something that our teachers can't get by spending a lot of money studying textbooks and textbooks. But in reality, our teachers spend more energy on preparing for the exam, how to prepare for the exam, how to guide students to take the exam, and get ideal results in the exam process; Teachers often have no time to take care of students' emotional needs and psychological desires. Although this can't be completely blamed on the teacher, if the teacher can only stay in forcing students to finish homework, exercises and exams, but can't care about the warmth of the students from the spiritual level, you can imagine what kind of eyes the students will look at you as a teacher. Perhaps students will doubt the teacher's intention to assign so many homework from the heart at this time, and even contradict the teacher from the heart. Even some students hate teachers. Teachers don't care about their physical and mental health at all. Why are teachers so cruel? If every teacher can think before class that he is helping his friends today, will you become a burden of reproduction? If every teacher finds that his friends need his own understanding and care, will you be casual with these friends? Students' eyes are sharp and their feelings are keen. As a teacher, how do you engage in education and teaching, your performance in your own education and teaching practice, your behavior in the process of communicating with students, students and every student have a name in their hearts. Needless to say, every look, every action and every language of the teacher will have a reaction in the students' hearts. How teachers treat students, students will treat teachers in the same way. Students are a mirror of teachers. If you, as a teacher, always regard students as your good friends, the difficulties and troubles that students encounter are all your own, and try your best to solve them; As students and minors, how can their new souls be indifferent? Teachers make friends with students, which in itself makes us teachers clearly realize that students are our resources and students are our inexhaustible spiritual wealth. We can get many things from students that other adults can't learn: energetic, pure, enthusiastic and enterprising attitude towards life-many of our teachers' thoughts and ideas are often realized by students, and even the ideals that teachers have not realized can be completed by their own students. So no matter from any angle or level, I think our teachers should make friends with students.
