Practice is to correct one's behavior in order to reach the highest level of consciousness-enlightenment. There are three aspects of practice: the norms of behavior, the taboo of speech, the improvement of consciousness and morality. In fact, when we know that the evil forces in the dust net account for a large part, and the evil obstacles come from "body, mouth and mind", it is easy to understand that these three points are all for avoiding evil: the norms of behavior put an end to the evil obstacles created by the body, the taboos of speech make us not duplicitous, and the promotion of consciousness and conduct is to prevent evil thoughts in the heart, thus doing less business. Understand the principle, we can use this as a benchmark to correct behavior, reduce the evil obstacles, and no longer weave new dust filaments. Of course, the application of this principle to life and to what extent depends on everyone's understanding. For example, the leader of the work unit clearly gives you a lot of work, making you work hard every day and often work overtime. Everyone else's salary is the same, but much more leisurely. In this case, you can refrain from swearing, you can refrain from doing nothing, but can you really not be angry inside? Why is it so important not to be angry? If you are not angry, will others think you are a coward? What should the correct mentality be? These are all things we need to know. Every time you answer a question, your realm will increase by one point, and your realm will vary with your understanding. If you can't understand, you will always compare the workload of others, constantly feel unfair treatment, and gradually resent it. At this time, the doomed love has been planted without knowing it. Instead, I think I am a victim and gradually lose my mind. "The master leads the door, and practice depends on everyone." It is precisely because everyone's environment is different that they encounter different problems. Therefore, it is impossible for the director to put all the answers that everyone needs to know in front of him for everyone to choose. Fortunately, there are still some rules to follow. The purpose is to understand life with cause and effect and fate, to solve problems in life with the method taught by directors, and to restrain oneself with the principle of making contributions and not doing evil.
There is no mention of accumulating merit in the three aspects of practice, so how can merit be the result of practice? The direct result of three aspects of spiritual practice is to do good deeds, hold good thoughts and speak good words, all of which are merits.
Cultivate one's mind and nature. Cultivate what?
Self-cultivation is a problem that must be faced after training to a certain stage. Novices or people who have not been induced can concentrate on karma first, because when there are still many karma, you still owe too much debt, and the dirt in your heart has not been wiped clean, let alone cultivate one's morality. When we get rid of evil obstacles to a certain extent, we often experience the test of dreams, smell sandalwood, see the smile and other inspirations of Bodhisattva, and then gradually cultivate our hearts. This is one of the characteristics of "practicing the world law" advocated by the director, which is different from other "practicing the life law": demons are born from the heart, but in fact, demons are inseparable from evil obstacles. Since we can pay our debts first and then repair our hearts, then we will go into battle lightly; Therefore, it is also the practice of cultivating the mind. The director's practice can obviously alleviate everyone's mental obstacles, easily overcome the demons and enhance the realm.
From the three aspects of practice, we can also see that practice and mind cultivation are closely related. If you want to correct yourself, you must first find out what is wrong with your behavior. This "awakening" process is a process of self-cultivation, self-reflection, self-reflection and gradual improvement. There are no definite rules for cultivating the mind, and the step-by-step operation rules stipulate how to cultivate the mind. Because everyone's karma is different and the obstacles encountered in cultivating the mind are different, the ways of cultivating the mind are also different. However, no matter how different our practices are, there is only one ultimate goal, that is, the heart of Buddha and bodhisattva. Buddha's heart is the heart of all beings, and Bodhisattva's heart is compassion. Therefore, only by constantly reflecting on one's own heart and comparing it with that of Buddha and Bodhisattva can one find out what needs to be corrected in one's heart and correct one's behavior.
The Buddha's heart is thinking that all beings have no self, and the Bodhisattva is merciful and happy. These are extremely high realms, so they are our role models and ultimate goals. The basic starting point of cultivating the mind is to cultivate the mind, so as to achieve the realm of pure mind and peace of mind. In other words, we should focus on reality, start from our own fault, get rid of the "greed and ignorance" of the three poisons, and get rid of the persistence of others, so as to settle down, practice wholeheartedly, get a clean mind, gradually see our original Buddha nature, including conscience and kindness, and make it grow stronger and develop into compassion. /forum.php?
