Production of dried Lycium barbarum. Drying method 1. Stir the newly picked Lycium barbarum with alkaline water and lay it flat on the Lycium barbarum tray ("Lycium barbarum tray": a special tool for drying or baking Lycium barbarum). Generally, a wooden frame with a length of 90 cm and a width of 60 cm is nailed with wooden strips, a window screen is nailed under the wooden frame, and a crossbar is nailed under the window screen. The window screen is covered with medlar. Note that cardboard or bamboo mats are used, but they are not as breathable as screen windows. Dry in a cool and ventilated place (one day is appropriate). After losing water, Lycium barbarum is moved to the sun for exposure. 2. Choose a ventilated and flat place for exposure (most people in Julu County choose their own roofs). Lycium barbarum plates should be placed separately, stacked on cloudy and rainy days and every night, covered with plastic film in time to prevent Lycium barbarum from regaining moisture, and the plastic film should be removed in time after sunny days and the next morning to prevent Lycium barbarum from blackening due to excessive temperature. Buckle the plate in time when the medlar is dry to 70% to 80%. 3. The gusset is to buckle the medlar in the dish on a sunny, ventilated and easy-to-clean hard surface (the roof of a bungalow is the best). You should choose early morning. The night before the tray is buckled, the Lycium barbarum tray should not be covered with plastic film, and let the Lycium barbarum regain its moisture in the tray for one night, so that the Lycium barbarum can be easily buckled out of the tray (if it is not allowed to regain its moisture, the Lycium barbarum will be seriously stained on the window screen and will not be easily taken off). After buckling, the medlar should be spread evenly. 4. After drying, medlar should be put into the bag in time, double bag. Bagging time should be chosen at four or five o'clock in the afternoon. At this time, the sunshine is sufficient, the humidity is relatively small, and the medlar is not easy to regain moisture. After bagging, the mouth of the bag should be tied to death immediately. In spring and summer, when there is plenty of sunshine and low air humidity, this method is easier to use. Second, the baking method 1, baking method drying medlar needs to build a small curing barn, there should be vents above the small curing barn and an exhaust fan should be installed. Windows should be nailed with plastic film. Hang a cotton curtain at the door, and leave a vent more than a foot high under the curtain. In a small curing barn, a shelf should be set up with bamboo poles and a wolfberry tray should be placed. There is a coal fire in the room, which has been kept at 60 to 70 degrees. 2. Mix the newly picked Lycium barbarum with edible alkaline water, spread it evenly on the Lycium barbarum tray, and put the Lycium barbarum tray at the bottom of the bracket in the small curing barn. After losing some water, Lycium barbarum will gradually move up. (Note that the temperature in the lower part of the small curing barn is low and the temperature in the upper part is high. Put the Lycium barbarum tray directly on it and the Lycium barbarum will "collapse" on the tray. While maintaining the temperature in the small curing barn, it is also necessary to ventilate in order to eliminate the moisture in the small curing barn in time. 3. Buckle and bag Lycium barbarum in time after drying, otherwise Lycium barbarum will be "burnt" due to the high temperature in the small curing barn. In autumn, there is more rain, less light and high air humidity, so this method is easier to use.
