Kenli County originally belonged to Lijin County.
In the second year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1369), Zhang Wengang moved here from Zaoqiang County, Zhili, and was named "Cai Jiazhuang" because there was a Chua family (there was no test after death). Since then, people have gradually misnamed "Cai Jiazhuang" with good words and homophones. In the fifth year of Xianfeng in Qing Dynasty (1855), due to the diversion of the Yellow River into the Daqing River, some villagers moved out, some farmers moved northward and were called "Houcai", and the rest villages were renamed "Qiancai" accordingly. Qiancai Brigade was established in 1958, and Qiancai Village Committee was established in 1984. Mace is afraid of hurting the board.
