I am cheerful, easy-going and self-motivated. My hobbies are reading, making friends, participating in group activities, and I also like computers. In June, 2XX, at the age of 18, I was assigned by the school to come to our hospital with the dream of a modern Nightingale. Up to now, I have never stopped my spare-time study during this period, and I learned from a secondary school student to a nursing graduate student. In clinic, I used theory to guide practice and then applied it to practice. Mainly reflected in the following aspects:

1 As a grass-roots manager of hospital nursing management, we should obey the leadership of nursing department. It is also necessary to undertake ward management and nursing quality monitoring, and guide and lead subordinate nurses to complete nursing tasks together.

2 as an information manager, we should not only convey the spirit of the hospital and nursing department correctly and timely, but also collect useful feedback and report it in time to facilitate the work.

3 as the coordinator of the relationship among departments, doctors and nurses, patients and nurses, solve conflicts and disputes within their own ability.

Today, I competed for the appointment of a nurse in Radiotherapy Room 11. If I succeed, I believe that under the leadership of the nursing department, with the support and guidance of the director and the old head nurse, I will be able to take up this post. If I succeed in the competition, I will be strict with myself, be lenient with others, be strict with me and be fair.

The following are my work ideas:

First, under the leadership of the director of nursing department and the professional guidance of the department director, I will strictly demand myself, make a work plan according to the nursing quality standards, organize and implement specific work, and earnestly perform the duties and obligations of the head nurse.

At the same time, strict ward management is required to create a quiet, comfortable and hygienic hospitalization environment for patients, and patients are held regularly.
