Within the second ring road of Beijing, there are six rings in Beijing, one ring is in the urban area, the second ring road, the third ring road and the fourth ring road are in the suburbs, the fifth ring road includes the outer suburbs and the near suburbs, and the sixth ring road is the outer suburbs. The urban area of Beijing includes eight districts: Dongcheng, Xicheng, Xuanwu, Chongwen, Haidian, Chaoyang, Shijingshan and Fengtai.

Yanqing District is located at115 44'-116 34', 4016'-40 47' north latitude, bordering Huairou District in the east, Changping District in the south, and Changping District in the west and north. The total area is 1994.88 km2, of which the mountainous area accounts for 72.8%, the plain area accounts for 26.2% and the water area accounts for 1%. It is 74 kilometers away from Beijing.

Introduction of traffic conditions in Yanqing District

Yanqing District is an important transportation hub in northern Beijing, with urban and rural roads extending in all directions. At the end of 20021,the highway mileage in the whole region reached 1979.4 km, an increase of 9.7 km over the end of last year. Passenger traffic was 2 1 10,000 passengers, an increase of 1.2 times. Beijing-baotou railway, Beijing Suburb Railway S2 Line and beijing-zhangjiakou intercity railway have convenient passenger and cargo transportation.

Beijing-Tibet Expressway, Jingxin Expressway and National Highway 1 10, S2 16 and S323 pass through the territory. The construction of Xing Yan Expressway is about to start, and it will arrive in the center of Beijing in 30 minutes. Yanqing District is located outside the Sixth Ring Road, with a total length of 187.6 km. It is a ring expressway connecting Beijing's first satellite city, formerly called "the Second Ring Road".
