1. Talk to others. We need to learn to ask for help if we have any psychological problems or things we can’t figure out, especially left-behind students whose parents are working outside. You can talk to teachers and psychological counselors at school, and at home you can talk to your elders and relatives and friends. Don’t keep all problems to yourself. You must learn to talk to others and find ways to solve psychological problems.
2. Learn to write a diary or weekly diary. Primary school students must learn to use pens to talk to themselves, describe the trajectory of their souls in words, and write down their inner grievances and uneasiness in notes. This is of great help to their mental health growth. ?
3. Learn to be grateful. Our lives are surrounded by love. We are not only grateful to our parents, teachers, and those who have helped us, but we are even grateful to those who have hurt us. ?
Thank you all for listening to today's broadcast. I hope that everyone can become a mentally healthy school student. I will give you a song "Childhood" below and wish you all a happy childhood!
