Fukuzawa Yukichi (1835— 190 1) is another important thinker who expounded Japanese aggression strategy. As an enlightener, Fukuzawa advocated "civilization", introduced western technology and systems, and imitated European and American colonialism. This is Fukuzawa's theory of "leaving Asia and entering Europe". 1885, Fukuzawa wrote: "Although Japan is located in the east of Asia, its national spirit has got rid of poverty in Asia and moved towards western civilization. Unfortunately, however, there are two neighboring countries, one is zhina and the other is North Korea. ..... Now zhina and North Korea are of no help to Japan ... Instead of waiting for neighboring countries to civilize and prosper Asia, it is better not to associate with them and advance and retreat with western civilization; When dealing with zhina and North Korea, you don't have to be particularly polite just because you are neighbors, and you can handle it in a western way. Making friends with evil people will inevitably lead to a bad reputation. We must sincerely reject evil friends in Asia and the East. "
