1. Article 142 of the Regulations of China People's Liberation Army on Secrecy, soldiers must abide by the following confidentiality provisions:?
(1) secrets that should not be told.
(2) Don't ask secrets you shouldn't know.
(3) Don't read the secrets you shouldn't read.
(4) Private communication does not involve secrets.
(5) Do not use non-confidential account books to record secrets.
(6) Don't talk about secrets in non-confidential places.
(seven) without permission, shall not record, copy, shoot, extract or collect secrets.
(eight) do not disclose secrets to irrelevant personnel.
(nine) do not use the civil telephone, ordinary telegraph or ordinary post office to handle secret matters.
(ten) unauthorized secret carrier to visit public places or visit relatives and friends.
2. The secrecy regulations are the basic basis of the military secrecy work. Since the promulgation and implementation of1March 24, 1996 by the Central Military Commission, the Regulation on Secrecy has played an important role in regulating the secrecy behavior of all military personnel, safeguarding the security of military secrets, and ensuring the smooth preparation for military struggle and army building. In recent years, profound changes have taken place in the situation and objective environment of military secrecy, and new progress has been made in the policies and systems of state and military secrecy, so it is urgent to revise and improve the existing laws and regulations.
