Ningbo High-speed Railway Station is Ningbo Railway Station, located at No.9/KLOC-0, Southeast Road, Haishu District Station, Ningbo City. It is a railway station under the jurisdiction of China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd., a large-scale comprehensive transportation hub on the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" railway passenger dedicated line in China, and a passenger transport complex integrating subway, bus, taxi and other modes of transportation.

Ningbo Railway Station has a total construction area of 6.5438+0.2 million square meters and a station building area of 63,000 square meters, which can accommodate more than 9,000 passengers at the same time. The scale of the station is 654.38+04 sets of 654.38+06 lines.

The development of history

In the second year of Qing Dynasty (19 10), the groundbreaking ceremony was held on June 10, and the first railway station in the history of Ningbo was built.

In the first year of the Republic of China (19 12), 12 February 22nd, a celebration meeting was held in Ningbo Station, Fujiaqutou, Hu Aishu Road, north bank of Ningbo River, and it was put into operation on the same day.

In the 27th year of the Republic of China (1 938), on February/day, three Japanese bombers dropped 14 bombshell at Ningbo Station, and all the station buildings and platforms were destroyed.

On September 30th, 1959, Xiaoyong Railway arrived in Ningbo, and Ningbo Station was formally established and put into operation at the south gate of Ningbo.

In April, 1987, Ningbo Railway Station rebuilt its operation building.

1Feb. 988, Ningbo Railway Station completed the transformation of the operation building and put it into operation.

On May 20th, 1998, Ningbo Station completed the second reconstruction and expansion project and became a national first-class train passenger station.
