The same is true for enterprises. Only by finding and correctly handling the contradictions among employees can we achieve the goal of building a safe and harmonious enterprise. 1. Dare to face problems and contradictions (1) Have an attitude of daring to face up to and face problems and contradictions, especially leading cadres should not avoid problems.
