Zaoyuandongli Community is connected to Rainbow New City in the south, Rose City Commercial Center in the north, Zaoyuan Community in the west, and Zaoyuandongli Community in the east. Close to Binhe Xili North District. It is bounded by Xingfeng North Street in the east, Xinghua Street in the west, Liyuan Road in the south and Zaoyuan Road in the north, with a community area of ??0.17 square kilometers. The total number of households in the area is 1,180, with a permanent population of 1,938. It consists of three natural communities: Buildings 1 to 10 are managed by Zaoyuan Property Company; Buildings 13, 14, 15, and 17 are managed by Binhe Housing Management Office; Buildings 12, 18, Buildings 19 and 20 are managed by Wanfa Property Company.

Our community has established a residents’ committee in December 2003 and implemented autonomy. Buildings 1 to 20 of Zaoyuan Dongli Community were built successively from 1997 to 2006. Our community was originally a combined urban and rural area, and on this basis it has developed into a community mainly focused on commerce and residence. Because the community is called Zaoyuan Dongli, it was named Zaoyuan Dongli Community. At the beginning of the establishment of our community, we adhered to the leadership of the party, followed the mass line, sought truth from facts and highlighted the humanistic characteristics of the community.

Zaoyuan Dongli Community is a mixed community mainly composed of old residential areas in the old city, with a total of 18 buildings. Our community currently has an elderly association, a dog self-discipline association, a chorus team, a dance team, a Tai Chi fan team, a science popularization volunteer service team, an environmental volunteer service team, and a red armband patrol team. There are currently 53 commercial stores.
