1. Actively communicate with each other. He may have acted like this because he was "unaware", that is, he didn't feel it and didn't consider how it would affect others. This kind of problem is the simplest and easiest to deal with. For example, you tell him with a good attitude: Dear, your voice is a bit loud, a bit shocking, and I was driven away by you. Boiling water can also be said euphemistically: After you pour the water, think about boiling a pot again. It will be more convenient when you want to drink it later, and it will be convenient for everyone. Anyone with some emotional intelligence will understand the subtext of these two sentences.
2. Actively avoid negative environments. If you are in a large office area, the behavior of "weird colleagues" will not only affect you. You don't want to be the one who takes the lead, and you have nothing to criticize. If the office environment allows it, you can bring yourself some headphones and play some soothing music. Light music. Prepare a larger thermos cup, boil the water yourself, and put it in the cup. This way, when you have hot water to drink, you won’t pay much attention to whether it is boiling water.
3. Psychological self-healing. Let me tell you about my real experience in the past. There were six people in our department, all at the same level. If I didn’t mop the floor, no one would ever mop the floor. I was forced to have no choice but to make a duty schedule like a primary school student. As a result, if you were on duty today, people would think it was clean tomorrow and there was no need to mop the floor. At the end of the week, few people were doing sanitation. As time went by, the people who did the work became unbalanced, so fewer and fewer people did it. In the end, it became whoever couldn't stand it anymore wiped the floor. Later, I thought about it from another angle and felt much better. I regard cleaning the floor as a physical exercise. I use my working time to complete the 15-minute exercise. I earn the manager’s salary and do cleaning work. Isn’t this profitable? Haha, although it is a bit Ah Q, it is self-healing. From now on, I no longer care whether they do it or not. If I want to wipe it, I can wipe it. If I don't want to wipe it, I won't move. Whether they do it or not is none of my business. In this way, the relationship between colleagues will be calm.
Going back to the words of my old boss: No matter which unit you go to, you will encounter at least one weird colleague and a "two tigers" leader. Let him be!
