At 2 pm, Rushan Court set up a volunteer team composed of 26 young police officers, who went deep into the community every Saturday morning to popularize legal knowledge and answer legal questions for community residents. The working hours of Rushan court are 2 pm, because the general court goes to work at 2 pm. The courts are state organs, and they have the same working hours.
