Swan is a personal article publishing/management platform based on PHP and MySql. She is maintained by the svoo community and is committed to operability, ease of use, aesthetics and security. At the same time, she is also working towards artistry.

Swan is an open source protocol based on GPL, which can be downloaded, used, disseminated and modified for free.

Swan has gone through a very long testing period, and now everyone can finally use the official version.
