Compared with strawberries sold on the street, why is it so expensive to pick strawberries in the strawberry garden?
Today Blackberry wants to talk to you about the consumption pattern of strawberries, that is, the sales method of strawberries. Our country now produces more than 4 million tons a year, of which only 6.5438+0.8 million tons are used for processing, accounting for 4~5% of the national output, so more than 90% are consumed fresh.

We mainly have two modes, one is wholesale and the other is traditional mode. One is sightseeing picking, so today I want to calculate an account, which is more profitable, wholesale or sightseeing picking?

Traditional pattern analysis

Wholesale and retail model prices will be lower. When strawberries first came into the market in June last year, in May 438+February, they could sell for 20 kg somewhere. In February and March, wholesale strawberries can only be sold less than 10 yuan. But the fruit is picked in time, so the yield will be much higher than that picked.

Moreover, the traditional wholesale mode is relatively simple, as long as the strawberry varieties are well managed, the price is set by the consignee, and the fruit will be picked by the fruit receiver, regardless of geographical location and packaging. Personally feel more at ease.

Strawberry picking analysis

Picking is a popular way in recent years, especially around the city. In the peak season when strawberries are on the market, big cities can sell a catty of 50 yuan, and small counties can also sell a catty of 30 yuan. Picking strawberries has done a good thing to make money, but there are also many bad things to do.

1, picking strawberries is not as good as wholesale. Picking occurs from time to time. There will be many people on weekends, but there will be fewer people at ordinary times. Therefore, it is easy to harvest in the prosperous period, and it is also easy to break stubble. Output is not comparable to that of wholesale and retail.

2. Sometimes the quality of customers is not high enough when picking, and 80% of picking gardens may have the phenomenon that customers throw them away after eating.

3. Picking may affect the quality of seedlings. Because the pickers are different, the method of picking fruits by people who don't know how to grow is certainly not very scientific. Dragging branches around every day, so many people trample on them every day, is definitely harmful to seedlings.

In addition, the probability that strawberries are infected with diseases and insect pests such as white powder and gray mold will definitely increase with people coming and going in the fields every day.
