High-standard P2 biosafety laboratory, AIDS screening and diagnosis laboratory, CD3/CD4 detection laboratory, 100-level disinfection laboratory, bacterial identification laboratory, PCR gene amplification laboratory, immunity and serum laboratory, aseptic room and mold room have all passed the acceptance of relevant state departments and reached the qualified standards. Inspection equipment includes gas chromatograph, liquid chromatograph, atomic fluorescence, atomic absorption, electronic balance and other precision instruments. In addition to the inspection of food, cosmetics, sanitary products, drinking water, organic phosphorus, organochlorine and pyrethrins, it also invested more than RMB 1000 million to newly purchase the fully automatic rapid pathogen detector of Bio-Meilliere Company in France, the API bacterial identification system, the fully automatic bacterial analyzer of BD Company in the United States, the fully automatic microplate reader and the radioimmunoassay analyzer.

As the emergency command center of public health emergencies in Langfang City, the Central Information Department undertakes the responsibilities of forecasting, early warning, commanding and dispatching public health emergencies in the city, and has the functions of 12320 public health service telephone management and public health data sharing. It is a future-oriented office space based on modern network and data processing platform. The site area of the command center is about 400 square meters. According to the functions of the emergency command center of the Ministry of Health, it is divided into computer room and control room, conference consulting room, command and dispatch area and staff office area. The ability to predict, warn, command and dispatch public health emergencies has reached the leading level in China.

This city is a project city of the Global AIDS Prevention Fund, the United Nations Population Fund and the National Comprehensive Prevention and Control Demonstration Zone. Relying on various AIDS prevention and control projects in Hebei Province, our center has strengthened the construction of AIDS laboratory testing network, STD and AIDS prevention and control management network, AIDS sentinel monitoring network and AIDS patient treatment and nursing network. There is a 10 primary screening laboratory in the city, with secondary biosafety cabinets, double boilers, automatic eye washers and other instruments and equipment. At present, the intervention of high-risk groups and various forms of AIDS prevention publicity are being carried out in depth. We have also actively expanded the exchange of experience and technical cooperation with all parts of the country, and formed a comprehensive AIDS prevention and control mechanism led by the government, with multi-sectoral cooperation and the participation of the whole society.
