Civilized Online Internet Initiative Students: Hello everyone! In the 1990s, science and technology represented by information technology developed rapidly, followed by a computer network boom. More and more people are using the Internet to conduct research, transmit information, and exchange emotions. The Internet has become rapidly popularized and gradually penetrated into all areas of social life, becoming a way of life for people, and subsequently derived an Internet cultural phenomenon. This era is also known as the "Internet Age". However, we are also reluctant to see that while the Internet accelerates information exchange, promotes knowledge innovation, and promotes economic development, its negative effects have also begun to appear, especially on our young people. The decadent culture on the Internet invades our young people's outlook on life, values, and moral values; the pornographic drugs on the Internet destroy our young people's bodies and minds; and the violent culture on the Internet misleads the behavior of our young people. Some teenagers have been negatively affected by the Internet and even use various means to engage in unethical and even illegal activities, creating and spreading computer viruses, making money online by stealing other people's bank accounts, attacking legitimate websites, and stealing through the Internet. The results of other people's research... all of this is very heartbreaking and causes great harm to our teenagers. In addition, some young people spread and browse all kinds of false, pornographic and reactionary content on the Internet, use vulgar language and low style in online virtual communities, and are irresponsible in chatting and making friends online, which has triggered some focus issues of concern to the whole society. All these harm the healthy development of the network. What particularly attracts social attention is that if these negative aspects grow into an online phenomenon, they will have an extremely negative impact on our generation of teenagers who grow up in a computer network environment. We young people are the future and hope of our motherland. We are the generation with the most scientific and technological awareness and innovative ability. There is no doubt that young netizens are the main body of online activities. We should and can play our due role in carrying out publicity activities for the National Youth Internet Civilization Convention and implementing network security projects and network civilization projects. To this end, we propose that young people should serve as disseminators of the National Youth Internet Civilization Convention, actively advocate civilized Internet use, create a new online lifestyle, and be the pioneers of qualified netizens with a sense of justice, responsibility, and self-motivation, and use their own The actions further promote a safe and civilized Internet culture in the whole society. At the same time, we young people must strive to be the advocates and disseminators of the "National Youth Internet Civilization Convention" and create a civilized and safe online environment, starting from ourselves. First, establish a line of defense in your subjective thoughts to resist the erosion of your own spirit by some false, reactionary, and negative content on the Internet, and establish the belief and determination to fight against it. Then, proceed from objective reality and work hard to learn network knowledge and skills, improve operational levels, consciously maintain network security, build network civilization, and be a pioneer in advocating and maintaining network security. Thank you all!
