1. If you just need to delete the prompt information of the withdrawal message in the conversation page, you can open the dialog box.

2. Then click the right mouse button in the blank space of the sent text page, and click "Clear Screen" in the pop-up option to clear the record.

3. alternatively, click the "message recording" option, and click to select the recorded content of "recall message" in the opened message recording page.

4. then click the right mouse button and click the option of "delete the selected record" in the pop-up options to clear the message.
