Li Tinggui, male, born in April of 1954, Han nationality, graduated from Wancheng District, Nanyang, Henan Province, and joined the work in February, China 1972, 12.

He has served as deputy director of the organization department of Guangzhou Construction Committee, director of the personnel department of Guangzhou Construction Committee, secretary of the Guangzhou Construction Discipline Inspection Committee and deputy secretary of Guangzhou Construction Committee. He is currently the deputy director of Guangzhou Urban Management Committee, the executive deputy director of Guangzhou Urban Management Committee Office, the director of Guangzhou Urban Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, and the deputy secretary of Guangzhou Urban Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau Committee.
