How to do ideological and political work well under the new situation
Under the new situation, how to make the ideological and political work of enterprises glow with new vitality, create a good atmosphere for the production and operation of enterprises, stimulate the centripetal force and cohesion of employees, and make enterprises invincible in all aspects of competition and develop healthily and stably. As the saying goes, "thousands of rivers belong to the sea, and everything is at the grassroots level." Ideological and political work in enterprises is the basis and focus of the whole enterprise work, especially in the period of reform and opening up. Therefore, in the new situation, how to continuously improve the form of ideological and political work and how to improve the quality of ideological work to meet the requirements of the new era and enhance competitiveness, the author believes that we should start from the following aspects. First, carry out ideological and political work around the policies of the party and the state. Ideological and political work must focus on arming the mind with Deng Xiaoping Theory, Theory of Three Represents, Scientific Outlook on Development and other theories, and comprehensively improve the quality of employees, and we must grasp this main line. The work center of our party and country is economic construction, and the fundamental task of socialism is to develop social productive forces. Only by centering on this "center" and serving this "fundamental task" can ideological and political work have new vitality and new cohesion and be welcomed by enterprise employees. At the same time, ideological and political work should be "three close" (close to the grassroots, close to the masses and close to reality). At this point, grass-roots units have not done enough, and there is basically a phenomenon of "three ups and three downs" (up to up, air to air, virtual to virtual; Write it on paper, say it on your mouth, stick it on the wall). It is necessary to implement the "three closeness". It is necessary to closely integrate ideological and political work with economic work, strive to penetrate the grassroots and the masses, and strive to publicize the party's theory, line, principles and policies. Being good at combining the characteristics, key points, difficulties and hot spots of economic work and various business work in this region and unit, and infiltrating ideological and political work into all links and the whole process of economic construction can grasp the pulse of the times, find problems, solve problems and enhance the initiative and pertinence of work. Long-term practice has proved that strong ideological and political work is our advantage. The more arduous the task, the more difficult and challenging it is, the more we should give play to this advantage. The second is to try to understand employees. The object of ideological and political work at the grass-roots level is all employees, which determines that comrades doing ideological and political work should carefully analyze and master the ideological and political situation of each employee, so as to truly know people and be good at their duties. Due to the differences in the age, ideological awareness and educational level of workers, our methods and means of doing ideological and political work should also be different. We should constantly help cadres and the masses to establish new ideas and concepts that are compatible with the socialist market economy. We should study many new situations and problems in economic life, such as the diversification of economic components and interests, social life style, social organization forms, jobs and employment methods, closely combine the practice of reform and development, guide people to correctly handle the relationship between competition and cooperation, efficiency and fairness, economic benefits and social benefits, and make ideological and political work truly reflect the new spirit of the times. Some people sum up the experience of ideological and political work and come to the conclusion that "a key opens a lock" is reasonable. To truly understand people, we must go deep into the grassroots, understand the ideological trends of employees, and strive to solve the "hot and difficult" problems that employees are generally concerned about. It is necessary to study the factors that cause the ideological, psychological and emotional changes of employees, and adopt different forms of education and work according to different situations and characteristics, so that ideological and political work can be targeted. The third is to make a fuss about caring for people. To strengthen and improve ideological and political work, we should organically combine ideological and political work with the reality of production and operation, the reality of reform and management, and the reality of workers' thoughts. To fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the broad masses of workers, we must care about and understand the workers and combine solving ideological problems with solving practical problems. To strengthen ideological and political work, we must be reasonable and well-founded, seek truth from facts, listen to the voices of the masses, understand their emotions and care about their lives. This is an important way to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political work in the army under the new situation. Fifth, improve the methods of ideological and political work. And identify the difficulties, hot spots and fruitful highlights of ideological and political work to formulate measures, so as to realize innovation and transformation. Sixth, we should cultivate a contingent of qualified political workers. To fully embody the personality charm of ideological and political work and effectively strengthen and improve the overall quality of the team, it is necessary for political workers to influence and help the educational objects with their own morality, talents and wisdom, and to win people's love, trust and admiration with their noble personality, thus generating strong attraction, appeal and persuasion for others, making ideological and political work have the effect of convincing people with emotion and reasoning, thus innovating and improving ideological and political work and truly mobilizing and stimulating the creativity and initiative of the majority of workers.
