What does "pressing the road" mean?

Now it generally refers to ordinary friends walking aimlessly on the road when they have nothing to do.

It originated in the 1970s, and began to jokingly refer to young people walking and chatting on the road (street), paving the road for free for the country, and smoothing out the uneven places.

It gradually became a synonym for "falling in love" and making friends, and is widely used to this day. In many places, "pressing the road" is still used as a joking name for "falling in love".
