Now the "Lord" is not holy, and the "wise king" is not wise. Li Bai's poems are particularly unsightly in the eyes of the emperor, so when he opened his mouth, Li Bai was locked up in Xunyang's prison on charges of rebellion.
Due to Li Bai's extensive friends, Jiangnan envoys Cui Huan, Song Ruosi and Guo Ziyi jointly pleaded for Li Bai, and his wife ran away. After half a year, Li Bai was finally released from prison.
But when Song Ruosi wanted to take the opportunity to recommend Li Bai to the court, Tang Suzong issued an unexpected will: "Exile Li Bai to Yelang!"
Before being exiled, Li Bai also tried to save himself. He specially wrote Ten Poems of the Emperor's Westward Journey to Nanjing. He hoped that the emperor would forgive his praise and avoid the decision of exile.
But unfortunately, the emperor just relaxed his control and did not immediately pardon him. In the spring of 758, 58-year-old Li Bai set foot on the road of exile Yelang (now western and northern Guizhou, northeastern Yunnan and southern Sichuan) from Xunyang (now Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province).

Death often makes people speechless with grief, and death often makes people more sad. It is said that people who have been demoted to places where there are many diseases and epidemics in the south of the Yangtze River are always missing.
Old friend, you often appear in my dreams, because you know I will remember you deeply in my heart. But since you are in danger, where can you fly out of trouble?
Old friend, I didn't see your ghost in my dream, did I? Your exile is long, and your life and death are incalculable. In your dream, your soul floated out of the maple forest in the southwest and then came back from the Guansai of Zhouqin Land.
I miss you. When the moonlight falls on the beams, I often see your haggard appearance in a trance. You must be more careful not to fall into the dragon's mouth.
Du Fu's second dream, Li Bai, was written in 759 AD. At that time, communication in his area was inconvenient. He didn't know that many things happened during Li Bai's exile. For example, when Li Bai was in central Guizhou, the court pardoned the criminals who were exiled to the following places because of the severe drought, to show the righteousness of the king and pray for God's blessing. Li Bai is also among the pardoned.
Therefore, while Du Fu was still worried about Li Bai, Li Bai was planning to return to Beijing to display his talents.
Interestingly, Du Fu is still wondering if Li Bai is thinking about me again. You see, I dreamed of you again:
Clouds in the sky fly around my head all day, but why haven't you been with me for a long time? I always dream of you at night, which shows that you really have feelings for me.
When you broke up, you looked in a hurry, and you said sadly that it was not easy to meet ... who said it was too hard on you? You're so old, and you're implicated in innocence. Even if your good reputation is passed down to future generations, it will be difficult to make up for what you are suffering now.
The difference in Du Fu's mouth is 14 years ago. At that time, they were all in their prime, full of blood, thinking about how to govern the country.
The meeting of two people is not only the meeting of Shixian and his fan Shi Sheng, but also the meeting of two intimate friends with similar interests.
On their last trip together, Li Bai and Du Fu visited Fan Shi, a layman in the north of Lujun County. They want to live in seclusion and go to the north to look for Guo Sheng. (Du Fu's "Seclusion with Li Xun")
Although there were no big fish and big meat during the dinner, the three of them also talked about each other's ambitions, but they also had a good time. That night, everyone chatted quite speculatively. After eating and drinking enough, Li Bai and Du Fu also rested for one night: Yu Yidong is a guest and pities you like a brother. When we parted, Li Bai and Du Fu made an appointment to meet on the flagstone road in front of Shimen Mountain next time and have a good drink. I don't know the difference, but it has been more than ten years.
