Creation and management of article information

1, create project

To create new item information, just click the "New" button in the toolbar, and then select "New Item", and a page for entering item information will pop up. You can fill in the related item information separately according to the steps.

Step 1: Fill in the item information.

You need to fill in basic information on this page, such as name, classification, location, sales method, price and freight.

The "Store Classification" option on this page is only available to sellers who have already opened stores. Before use, store sellers need to click the "Synchronize Classification" button when they go online, so that the classification of stores in Yi Bei Assistant is consistent with that of your online store. If you add, subtract or modify the store classification in the future, you need to synchronize the store classification through the same operation.

The "restricted purchase" on this page means that if you log in a large number of items, you can limit the purchase quantity of the same buyer, for example, you can limit the purchase quantity to 3 pieces per person.

Step 2: Select an item picture.

Double-click the picture box on the page to upload the picture from the computer to Yi Bei's assistant. You can also click the picture to select it, set it as a window to display the picture, or delete it.

Please control the size of the uploaded picture within 500K K k.

Step 3: Fill in the item description.

You can describe your article in detail here and beautify your layout with the toolbar above. You can also check "HTML source code" and paste the source code directly into the text box to create a more professional and beautiful layout. Before you finish, you can also click the "Preview Description" button to see how the project description will be displayed.

After completing the above steps, you can:

Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to save the project to the "My Project" folder preset by Yi Bei's assistant or other folders set by yourself. You can also check "Click Save as Item Template" at the bottom of the page when saving, so that all the information you just entered will be saved as an item template, and you can modify it in the template when selling similar items in the future, so you don't have to enter the same information repeatedly.

If your project has not been created, you can click "Save as Draft" to save the filled information in the draft bar for later modification.

2. Edit the project

If you want to edit a single item, just select the item you want to modify and its details will appear in the middle and lower part of the page. You can modify and edit the project by switching the project information, project picture and project description label in the middle of the page.

Yi Bei Assistant's batch modification function helps you modify the data of a large number of projects in batches quickly. For example, if you want to modify the freight of a large number of items, you only need to select the items to be modified, then click the "Batch Edit" drop-down box in the toolbar and select the "Freight Bearing/Freight" column to modify the freight of the selected items.

Fourth, the uploading of goods.

Under the condition that the network connection is guaranteed, you only need to select the project to upload, and then click the "Upload Now" button in the toolbar, and you can log the project into Yi Bei conveniently. Before the formal upload, you can also calculate the cost of uploading the current items.

If you want to set the start time of the project:

Please select an item to upload, and then click the "Join Waiting for Upload" button in the toolbar. At this point, the selected item will enter the "Pending Upload" folder in the upload management.

Click the "Set Time" button in the toolbar in this folder to preset the time when the items will be sold after uploading.

After the setting is successful, click the "Upload All" button in the toolbar to log in to Yi Bei. At this point, the project for which you set the start time is a pre-sale project, and the project will be sold online at the time you set.
