The student dormitory area is a 5-minute walk from ISC and consists of three adjacent small buildings. Each building has twelve single rooms, two kitchens and bathrooms, and is equipped with shower facilities and bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with separate washbasins. There are 468 single rooms, 24 double rooms and 36 family rooms in the whole student dormitory area. In addition, there is an activity center in the dormitory area, including the manager's office, concierge, family activity room and a very popular cocktail bar.

Brethhelm
The dormitory area is 5 minutes' walk from ISC. There are 60 dormitory buildings with 5 rooms each. Part of the dormitory is reserved for new undergraduates and the other part is reserved for graduate students. All dormitory buildings have fully equipped kitchens, washing machines and dryers. Each room has its own washbasin, and each building has two bathrooms.

The dormitory area is only 5 minutes' walk from ISC, located in the center of the campus, facing Bramble? House, this newly-built student dormitory includes dormitory units that can accommodate 4-7 students and four dormitories for disabled students. Each unit is equipped with a separate kitchen/dining room/lounge, and all 250 rooms are suites with separate bathrooms.

The dormitory area is located opposite the campus entrance of Falmer Railway Station. This newly-built dormitory has three interconnected buildings and dormitory units, which can accommodate 4-6 students. University dormitory facilities
All university dormitories are equipped with cookware in the public kitchen so that students can cook by themselves. Rooms in university dormitories are generally equipped with curtains, carpets, beds, wardrobes, bookshelves, tables and chairs, desk lamps and easy chairs.
