1. Number of recruits and positions

II. Conditions for registration
(1) Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

5. The age of recruiting police assistants is over 18 years old (born before March 16, 25) and under 35 years old (born after March 16, 1987), and the retired soldiers are relaxed to under 4 years old (born after March 16, 1982). The deadline for age calculation is March 16, 223.
6. Have a nationally recognized college degree or above; Retired military personnel's academic qualifications are appropriately relaxed to high school or technical secondary school and above; However, when promoting to the third-class auxiliary police, you should obtain a college degree or above recognized by the state;
7. Physical and mental health, meeting the physical fitness and physical examination standards of the recruited people's police;

(2) Under the same conditions, the following personnel can be given priority in recruitment:

(3) Persons under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply for the examination:

III. Recruitment Principles and Procedures
Open recruitment is conducted by examination.

(II) Written examination
After passing the qualification examination, you will enter the written examination (written examination accounts for 6% of the total score), and the time and place of written examination and related matters shall be subject to the Admission Ticket.
The written test includes the basic knowledge of public security (not less than 7% of the total written test score) and the administrative professional ability test, which is conducted in the form of closed book, with a full score of 1, and the test time is 12 minutes.
according to the order of candidates' written test scores from high to low, the candidates for the interview are determined according to the ratio of 1:3 of the number of people in the recruitment position. If the last written test scores of the same position are tied, the candidates for the interview will be expanded accordingly, and the written test scores will be publicized for 3 working days.
(3) Interview
The interview (the interview score accounts for 4% of the total score) is conducted in a structured interview manner.
after the interview, the written test score is equivalent to 6%, the interview score is equivalent to 4%, and the sum of the written test score and the interview score is the total score.
If the total score is the same, this scheme will give priority to recruiting personnel. If none or all of them have the priority recruitment conditions, the person with the highest written test score will be given priority. If the written test and interview scores are the same, the person with the highest public security basic knowledge will be given priority.
The total score of the examination will be published on the government website for 3 working days, and the physical fitness test, physical examination and political examination will be determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 recruitment position from high score to low score.
(4) Physical fitness test
The organizational procedures and standards of physical fitness test are implemented with reference to the Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for the Employment of People's Police by Public Security Organs (Provisional). The results are qualified and unqualified, and those who fail are not employed.
Physical fitness test items: men's 1-meter run/women's 8-meter run, 1-meter 4x4 round-trip run, vertical jump and height touch.
The order of physical fitness test shall be determined according to the total score. See Annex 3 for the test standard. Those who fail the physical fitness test will not be employed, and will be replenished according to the total score of post test from high to low.
if the candidates who can't take the physical fitness test on time due to physical reasons, I must apply to the office of the leading group for the recruitment of auxiliary police three days before the physical fitness test, and provide the medical certificate (including but not limited to CT report, X-ray report and relevant auxiliary inspection documents) issued by hospitals at or above the county level. The leading group office will arrange make-up exams in a unified way as appropriate, and if the candidates who cheat are found, they will be disqualified from employment according to relevant regulations.
(V) Political investigation
The investigation is organized and implemented by the county public security bureau in accordance with the Regulations on Auxiliary Police Personnel in Heilongjiang Province, and is reviewed with reference to the corresponding provisions of the Measures for Political Investigation of Public Security Organs' Employment of People's Police [22] No.11. Those who fail the investigation will not be employed, and will be replenished according to the total score of the recruitment post examination from high to low.
(VI) Physical examination
The physical examination is organized by the County People's Social Security Bureau and the Public Security Bureau to the designated hospital (the medical examination expenses shall be paid by themselves), and the contents and health standards of the physical examination are determined with reference to the relevant requirements of the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Special Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).

(VII) Publicity of the personnel to be hired
The publicity of the personnel to be hired will be held in the county public security bureau for 7 working days, including the name, gender, admission ticket number, written test results, physical examination, political investigation and other related results of the personnel to be hired.
(8) The county public security bureau can directly sign a labor contract with the employed personnel only after the employment
expires without objection and the pre-job training is qualified. The contract period is 3 years and they are arranged to work in the nursing post.
The probationary period of this recruiter is 6 months. Those who fail to pass the examination after the probationary period will be dismissed.
during the contract period, if the recruiter meets the conditions for termination of the labor contract due to illegal crime, violation of the disciplinary regulations of the unit, violation of the labor contract, incompetence of the job, etc., the employer will terminate the labor contract.
after the contract expires, the employing unit will decide whether to renew the employment contract according to the work needs, personal daily work performance and assessment.
iv. remuneration package
the remuneration package for this recruitment of police auxiliary personnel is implemented according to the current standards for local police auxiliary personnel.
V. Precautions
(1) Applicants are limited to one position.
(2) If the number of job applicants is less than 1:3, the Baiquan County Public Security Bureau will report to the Qiqihar Municipal Public Security Bureau for the record, and the county leading group for open recruitment of police auxiliary personnel will decide to appropriately reduce the proportion of the examination.
(3) All application materials must be provided with relevant originals for on-site verification. Candidates should keep their promises when registering, and must submit relevant information and materials truthfully, accurately and completely.
The qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. (5) This exam does not specify an exam counseling book, nor does it hold or entrust any institution to hold an exam counseling training class.
At present, the tutorial classes, counseling websites or publications for police assistants in society have nothing to do with this exam.

(6) The Baiquan County Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision is responsible for the whole process of registration, qualification examination, written examination, interview, physical fitness test and physical examination.
