In my opinion, in order for officers and men to establish a correct value orientation and enhance their awareness of honesty and self-discipline, we should start from three aspects: "establishing morality, making meritorious deeds and making statements". Look at "Lide" first. The reason why the ancients put "Lide" in the first place is because they thought that everything should start with "being a man". It is precisely because of this kind of physiological thought that ancient people with lofty ideals had the feeling of "worrying about Li Yuan in poor years and sighing in the intestines" and "ending everything that happened in the world after death and winning a reputation". In my opinion, meritorious service is to do your ordinary work best, devote yourself wholeheartedly to your own career, fulfill your responsibilities and obligations, complete your duties and missions, and stand well in every post, which is of great value to everyone. Finally, "make a statement." The ancients believed that making a statement was to let their works be handed down to future generations. In other words, dare to tell the truth, dare to do practical things, and be frank and open. The ancients said, "He who knows others is wise, and he who knows himself is wise."
