When a motor vehicle owner changes his or her husband and wife, both husband and wife need to bring their respective ID cards, marriage certificates, motor vehicle driving licenses and motor vehicle registration certificates to the vehicle management sub-bureau under the jurisdiction of the prospective owner's ID card to handle the change business.

It should be noted that at present, only husband-wife relationship can be transferred by license plate, and car transfer is not allowed except husband-wife relationship.
