Compared with ordinary short messages, besides the basic text information, it is also equipped with rich multimedia content, such as color pictures, sounds, animations, vibrations and so on. In addition, games, color ring tones, dating communities, advertisements, etc. They are all profitable means of value-added services of the company, which can be roughly divided into two categories. One is to provide entertainment services directly, such as making friends, MMS, CRBT, games, ringtones, voice interaction, etc. The other is to provide information services, such as advertising, introduction of professional medical knowledge, weather forecast, etc.
At present, SP services mainly focus on e-mail, voice mail, electronic data exchange, online data processing and transaction processing, while online information base storage and retrieval, video teleconference services and other services still have great development potential. Although IVR is not specifically mentioned in the current regulations, with the development of IVR business, this regulation may be adjusted accordingly.
