Junior high school students join the League every May and June, 10, 1 1. The basic conditions for joining the League are: the applicant must be a China youth aged over 14 but under 28, recognize the articles of association of the League, be willing to join an organization of the League and work actively in it, implement the resolutions of the League and pay the tour fee on schedule. Young people who apply to join the League will be introduced by two league members, apply to the branch committee, fill in the volunteer form, and become a league member after discussion and approval by the branch meeting and the superior committee. According to Article 1 of the Constitution of the Youth League in China, China, young people in China who have reached the age of 14 but under the age of 28 can apply to join the Youth League in China as long as they recognize the constitution of the Youth League, are willing to join an organization of the Youth League and work actively in it, implement the resolutions of the Youth League and pay the tour fee on time.
