1. Open the Hz application and log in to the account.

2. Enter the group chat page, find the "Create Party" button in the lower right corner, and click to enter the Create Party interface.

3. In the party creation interface, you can select the type, date, time, place and inviter of the party. You can also set party themes, music, games and other special content to increase the fun and interactivity of the party.

4. After confirming that the party information is correct, click the "Create Party" button to successfully start the party.

5. You can invite others to join the Party, or share the Party's information on social media and other platforms to expand the Party's influence and participation.
