From a frivolous teenager to dancing with Bill Gates, the perfect combination of international management experience and local management practice has been realized. His life experience may not be repeated, but the successful methods can be replicated.

Tang Jun, the first professional manager in China, tells you the history of life and career struggle.

From my home in Changzhou to the school gate of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, I went through an ignorant and persistent childhood and adolescence. From Beijing to Japan, from Japan to the United States, I have experienced a youth of constant trial and self-struggle; During my ten years in Microsoft, I have achieved the position of President of Microsoft in China from the most basic programmer. In those days when I was about to leave Microsoft, I experienced difficult minutes before making a choice alone; In the grand four years, I completed the identity transformation from a multinational enterprise executive to a private enterprise professional manager; And entering Xinhuadu has become a new starting point for my career. ...

If I can succeed, why can't you?

Perhaps because I am a very ordinary and simple person, I have never had any adventures or taken any shortcuts in my life. In my opinion, success is gratifying, but failures and setbacks are even more memorable. The truly successful people are those who can overcome difficulties.

Why is my success replicable?

That's because everything in the world, from the universe to a flower and a fruit, actually follows some very simple laws. As long as we master these laws, we can constantly copy them, just like the kaleidoscope we played when we were young, and create a colorful life.
