Students themselves agree with the training objectives of the "Miao Xin Plan" and voluntarily sign up for it; Excellent comprehensive quality and strong organizational ability, serving as the main student cadre of the school; * * * party member (including party member) is preferred.

Registration process

After the secondary school organizations select the recommended candidates for secondary schools, they recommend students to fill in the "Miao Xin Plan" registration form. After the students sign and affix the official seal of the school, the paper version of the registration form will be mailed to the registration contact address before June 18, and the electronic version will be sent to the contact mailbox. After further screening by Beijing Foreign Studies University, the list of students selected for the "Miao Xin Plan" was determined and the middle schools were informed.
