1, extreme interpersonal psychology
At present, most college students are only children born in 1990s, and their living, education, health and other conditions are better than those of children from previous families with many children. College students who grow up in this background are used to passively accepting care, but they don't know how to take the initiative to care for others. Therefore, in interpersonal communication, egoism and quick success are serious.
They are used to considering their own interests, less standing in the position and angle of others, and have poor empathy. Self-interest is prominent when looking at problems, thinking of ways and doing things, showing strong vanity and self-esteem.
2. Emotional virtuality of network communication.
Nowadays, the fast and convenient network information makes many college students obsessed with online games and online friends. Even many students think that it takes time and energy to participate in social activities, and then avoid group activities. An online survey shows that about 18% of college students have serious internet addiction. Over time, some college students have lost their basic social knowledge and ability in reality, and the lack of communication in reality has led to their emotional indifference.
3. The constraints of college students' own factors.
If college students keep a positive, active and healthy attitude in social communication activities, they will be more active in interacting with people, more in line with social expectations, more easily integrated into group activities and make friends. On the other hand, if college students are in a negative, slack and unhealthy mentality in cognition, they will form communication barriers, appear passive and introverted in social activities, and easily lead to personality defects.
In fact, self-cognition not only affects individual's decision-making behavior, but also affects individual's evaluation of others. People with mature cognition and strong self-confidence are often more tolerant, sincere and friendly in interpersonal communication. On the contrary, people with negative self-cognition and serious inferiority tend to be more sensitive, depressed, passive in cooperation and strong in self-protection, and are easily influenced by other people's words and deeds, often forming more serious psychological obstacles.
