7. Make friends carelessly and get involved in drugs. Teenagers are easily influenced by groups. Many young drug addicts say, "I only smoke when I see others smoking." Some teenagers can't tell a good friend from a bad friend just because this person is kind to himself or gets along well with this person, regardless of this person's character and moral problems, but they are often such "confidants". One day, they took out a pack of "medicine" and encouraged their ignorant companions to have a taste. At this time, many teenagers can't resist the temptation;

8. Pathogenic factors. Teenagers are under great pressure in study, life and work, and are always in a state of mental tension, and more or less have different degrees of nervous headache and insomnia. Some teenagers use analgesic or sedative-hypnotic drugs for a long time to relieve tension; What's more, amphetamine is used as a stimulant to relieve fatigue, and long-term use will lead to "ice" poisoning.

The harm of drug abuse:

1, long-term drug abuse can make human immunity lose, causing serious physical decline and mental fatigue;

2. It has a great influence on the respiratory system, causing congestion and edema of the respiratory mucosa, which in turn causes emphysema and is prone to bronchitis, pneumonia and other diseases;

3. The central nervous system is prone to delusions, hallucinations, vague thinking, emotional excitement, poor judgment and memory, which seriously affects work ability;

4. Drug abuse affects the function of digestive tract, causing loss of appetite, abdominal distension, diarrhea, abdominal pain and even malnutrition;

5, affecting vision, causing blurred vision and conjunctival congestion and edema;

6. After taking drugs, a large number of drugs and their metabolites accumulate in the body and cannot be discharged, which makes the skin pigmentation and gray, prone to folliculitis and abscess;

Anyone who commits one of the following acts shall be detained for more than ten days and less than fifteen days, and may be fined not more than two thousand yuan; If the circumstances are relatively minor, they shall be detained for not more than five days or fined not more than five hundred yuan:

(1) Illegally possessing less than 200 grams of opium, less than 10 grams of heroin or methamphetamine or other small amounts of drugs;

(2) Providing drugs to others;

(3) taking or injecting drugs;

(4) coercing or deceiving medical personnel to prescribe narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs.

Article 73

Whoever instigates, lures or deceives others to take or inject drugs shall be detained for not less than 10 days but not more than 15 days, and shall be fined not less than 500 yuan but not more than 2,000 yuan.
