2. Build self-confidence: school bullying may hurt your self-esteem. Strive to develop your hobbies, cultivate your skills and talents, and enhance your self-confidence. Take part in some activities that interest you and make friends with positive people.
3. Learn to deal with it: Learn to deal with bullying effectively. If you feel bullied, don't fight back, don't retaliate, and stay calm. Ask for help and tell the teacher, counselor or school administrator. They can take measures to solve this problem.
4. Cultivate mental health: school bullying may have a negative impact on your mental health. Learn to cope with stress and emotions. You can relieve stress through exercise, meditation and keeping a diary. Seek the help of a psychological counselor when necessary.
5. Keep a positive attitude: Keep a positive attitude and believe that you can get out of the shadow of school bullying. Believe in your own ability and believe that the future will be better. Don't let the bully's words and deeds affect your self-esteem and self-confidence.
6. Participate in anti-bullying activities: participate in anti-bullying activities on campus, join anti-bullying organizations or participate in related projects. By participating in the activities, you can share your experience with other victims, support each other and create a friendlier and safer environment for the campus.
Most importantly, remember that you are not an isolated individual, and there are many people who are willing to help you. Don't be afraid to ask for help, I believe I can get out of the shadow of school bullying.
