Dayu County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau is responsible for the county's employment promotion, formulating the county's overall urban and rural employment development plan and improving the public employment service system.

Organize the implementation of the employment assistance system, improve the vocational qualification system, and co-ordinate the establishment of a vocational training system for urban and rural workers.

Dayu County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Information Extension Responsibilities:

(a) the implementation of human resources and social security policies and regulations, formulate the county's human resources and social security development plan, and supervise and inspect the implementation.

(2) Formulate the county-wide human resources market development plan and human resources flow measures, establish a unified and standardized human resources market, and promote the rational flow and effective allocation of human resources.

(III) Responsible for promoting employment in the county, formulating the county's overall urban and rural employment development plan, improving the public employment service system, organizing the implementation of the employment assistance system, improving the vocational qualification system, coordinating the establishment of a vocational training system for urban and rural workers, implementing the employment policy for college graduates, and formulating training and incentive measures for highly skilled talents and rural practical talents jointly with relevant departments.

(four) to co-ordinate the establishment of a social security system covering the urban and rural areas of the county, and implement the relevant policies and measures of social security. Implement the central, provincial and municipal social insurance and its supplementary insurance fund management and supervision system.

(five) responsible for the county's employment, unemployment, social insurance fund forecast and information guidance, formulate response plans, implement prevention and control, and maintain the stability of the county's employment situation and the overall balance of social insurance funds.

(six) responsible for the personnel management of the county organs and institutions; In conjunction with relevant departments, formulate opinions on the implementation of the reform of the wage income distribution system for personnel of government agencies and institutions in the county, establish the normal wage growth and payment guarantee mechanism for personnel of government agencies and institutions in the county, and implement the welfare and retirement policies for personnel of government agencies and institutions.
