Under the jurisdiction of Beijing Railway Public Security Bureau, Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Guangdong and Tangshan locomotives with railways distributed in parts of Henan, Shanxi and Shandong are under its jurisdiction. According to the relevant information, railway police is a public security organ established and operated to ensure the safety of railway transportation. Under the vertical leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, 1949 established the Public Security Bureau of the Ministry of Railways. The first director, Ji Feng, was under the Beijing Railway Public Security Bureau, and the railways under his jurisdiction were distributed in the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Locomotive Depot in Hebei, Henan, Shanxi and Shandong provinces.
