In 2007, he participated in the "My Main Screen" national host selection competition hosted by Heilongjiang TV Station and won the top ten in the national finals, thus officially entering the entertainment industry.

In 2008, he served as an on-site observer for Heilongjiang Satellite TV's "We Have Artists Here"; in the same year, he served as the host of Harbin Art Station's "World Storytelling"; in the same year, he also hosted Heilongjiang People's Broadcasting Station's " There are two programs: "A Trouble in the Dormitory" and "Big Talk Campus".

In 2009, he graduated from Shennan University and signed a contract with Heilongjiang TV Station. In the same year, he served as the host of Heilongjiang TV Station’s dating and emotional program "Sleepless Night in the City".

In 2011, he served as the producer of Heilongjiang TV Station's "Urban Joy".

In February 2012, she participated in the Heilongjiang TV Metropolis Channel’s “Dating Spring with Happiness” host’s meeting with thousands of department store viewers; in March of the same year, Shen Nan resigned from Heilongjiang TV and signed a contract with Star TV.

In January 2016, he and Jin Xing participated in the recording of Dragon TV's social service program "Four Famous Assistants"; in the same year, he served as the host of Youku Tudou's national idol development reality show "National Beautiful Girl".
